This was recommended by my internet provider and it is a great product.

I got tired of paying the monthly rental fees for a cable modem. Best Buy had this modem in stock and it is compatible with Comcast Triple Play. The price was very reasonable and it will pay for itself in the first year! Very easy to set up! Works great.

I make the right choice of buying modem and router seperate. This modem works great with Time Warner and very stable. I returned the rental modem router back to Time Warner and no more rental monthly fee. I gain internet speed also after the switch.

This Motorola Docsis 3.0 modem was a huge upgrade over my last modem (Docsis 2.0). If you are paying for preferred connection speed or greater from your internet provider, I definitely would recommend this modem to achieve much greater internet speed.

I purchased this this modem because my Internet provider told me that my old one was outdated and couldn't handle the high speeds of 100 mb/s. This modem is working well. My connection speed is measured at about 95 mb/s when connected via ether net.

Purchased this modem to replace a Motorola cable modem wifi combination. The wifi portion stopped working a few months after the purchase. I have use Motorola cable modems before and have never had a problem. I will not but the combo in the future as if one stops working you have to replace them both.

I have had the modem for several months now with no issues whatsoever.

Because I switched to TWC, I need to get a faster moderm. It was on the list to buy. Okay. Doing the job.

Bought this upon the recommendation of a Best Buy employee, and have not regretted it. I use the internet for simple things...email, facebook, research, etc...so do not have very high speed, so no real test for the modem. It does work well for me.

Have been used it for a couple of months now. Never had a problem with it.

Way better than what brighthouse gives you. Always get your own router.

I bought this product so I wasn't paying modem-rental fees every month, and am so glad I did. Love this product, was easy to setup and works great. My only comment would be to allow access to the admin interface without having to direct connect.

Thoroughly satisfied with the product !!! I am using it since Jan 2015 and its a good entry level modem.

I had purchased this modem and replaced it with my old modem which is not able to give me the expected internet speed. But once I installed this new modem it caught upto the speed what was expected. I am very much satisfied with its performance.
