The new modem cleared this problem for the most part, however I did have to reboot the new modem once for the same problem.

Very easy to use

This unit was very simple plug and play and took just a few minutes from taking it from the box to having it set up. Longest time was for the cable company to configure there end. Haven't had any problems with it since putting it in.

I read some reviews and went to the store. Bought the unit and was back online in minutes. Problem free for two months now.

It still is worth it at the normal MSRP. Newest firmware, this modem gives you the speed you should be getting compared to older/cheaper modems.
