This modem has been great since the minute we connected it. We use up to 5 computers in our house at the same time and all of are able to do what we need to do with no issues at all. Great modem for the price we paid!

Great sales help in store when it was time to upgrade.

I have comcast and have been paying to rent their cable modem. I decidedto purchase one iinstead. I have had it almost two months and it works just as well, if not better, and ill be saving each month.

Let's put it this way, it works so well that I forget about it until I recognize how much quicker our Internet speed is. It's an item you won't think about everyday because it's doing exactly what it should be.

This is a great modem. I wanted a modem that provided the most up to date protocols and did not need to have phone capability -- we only use cell phones. It was easy setup and did not need to know anything extra.

Purchased with the advice of a Best Buy associate who recommended it as the best for applications I had in mind vs. higher capacity I didn't need. Works great with our Comcast hookup. Thanks!

The range is perfect for my one bedroom apartment and the price was right on!

I bought this when I switched my family internet to Comcast Xfinity from dsl. This modem/router combo has done well for two years handling up to three laptops, a desktop and ps3 all streaming at the same time.

Very different from what AT&T provides. We seldom experience connection lag

This is much better than paying Comcast $10 a month to rent a cable modem

Excellent performance. I purchased this item after looking at the reviews on BestBuy and the high ratings customers like me gave this device weren't wrong. I'd buy another one just like it if the need arises.

This is a good cable modem for upgrade, though it looks a little bit bulky.

It will be great if it also can be use as a router. Everybody use WIFI now.

The primary component in my home's wifi network. I wanted to avoid xfinity's modem rental fee, This modem pasts for itself in less than a year. Easy set up with my AirPort Extreme and two Airport Express.

I neeed to upgrade according to my internet provider. This modem fit the bill! It was easy to set up. Since installing it, I have had no problems with all my various devices getting wireless at the same time.

After upgrading my computer and internet service, my old DOCSIS 2.0 surfboard was insufficient. The new DOCSIS 3.0 surfboard is a world of difference. At this point, 2 months running and no complaints.

wow, this docsis 3.0 modem really increases my interwebs speed. i have a 20mbps down and 2 up, Cox Cable upped their service for free so with this modem im getting almost 60mbps down and 15 up, Nice.

Haven't had any issues with it so far. Xfinity is my internet provider
