After doing considerable research for features and price comparison, I decided to go with this cable modem wifi router which is very easy to setup with the instructions came with it. Do you know you can recycle your old modem for 15% coupon at Bestbuy? That sweetened the deal. Even more!!! No issues and performance as expected.

This thing has been solid since I got it. Easy to install and got me back up and on the internet quickly. And also boosted my speed by quite a bit.

cut down my comcast service about $14 a month and works as well as comcasts router/wi fi and even keeps the speeds for my gaming and remote tv watching/streaming

I used this to replace the equipment provided by Spectrum. The difference was night and day. The speed improved. The system was always in instead of requiring that I log on each time, as I had to with Spectrums hardware. The house coverage was much better. It was better in every way and worth the price.

Expensive don't get me wrong. It was definitely hard to swallow the price tag on this one, but we pay for the 1 Gb internet from our provider and needed something that could handle the speeds for gaming and for my job. It works great. We keep it in the room with our computers and we've never had a problem. we've had to move it a few times as our needs have changed and the connectors still fasten securely and no issues reconnecting. For the price its 100% worth it. Without my IT husband, I would have never made the purchase but I'm really glad we spent the money on quality.

I was a little cautious in buying this as a replacement for our Motorola router / modem. But after purchasing and having it connected to the Optimum network I have had no issues. Signal has been great throughout the house along with some wired connections tied into a switch getting approximately 420 plus mbps on a 400 mbps package.

It is easy to install and set up. It has fast speed.

Works just as good as advertised. Great download and upload speeds. Seem less gaming with no lag and streaming. The only downside that I will give this product is it does get rather hot. I’ve only had it for 1 month but I hope this doesn’t affect the quality of life of the product. Make sure you leave it in an open well ventilated area

Outstanding buy. Replaced my 6 yr old ARRIS. I saved a lot of money. Compatible with Xfinity. World of difference upgrading to Doc 3.1

Easy setup. Great in a three story house. Control over devices through app

Easy setup took just a few minutes. The app to control and change network name/passwords is very good and intuitive. Wired speeds are very fast and solid. I get full gig down and 300+ mb up. My only real complaint is the wifi down speeds are not fantastic. Wi-Fi is 240 to 320 max up and 21 down. I realize service makes a difference but I am right on top the hub. On a different modem my wifi speeds are 500+ mb up.

Wanted to upgrade from a C3700 and give me the ability to go to a higher speed. This unit did that. Easy to install and wireless boost is a welcomed asset.

ultimately returned this product but no fault of the product; need to check with ISP to make sure it is compatible. Turned out to not work with Xfinity even though stated on the box that it would.

works great, very easy install. Bit pricey. Would recommend, nice that it has docsis 3.1.

Our 6yr old Arris router/ modem was failing and needed replaced. The internet provider suggested what equipment would be best for continue future service. Only two models met the specs. They were $70 difference in price with comparable reviews. We went with the Arris model again. Expensive but cheaper than leasing through the Internet provider.

Fast and reliable. Easy to connect. Security settings are easy to use.

Purchased this Modem to avoid paying the rental fee for Xfinity Modem and it works with the DOCSIS 3.1 requirement. Great Speeds and it's working as intended.

Great product so far! Easy to set up and the built in Wi-Fi seems to have a longer range than my last modem.

I’m using this modem with Mediacom and it works great! I get great speeds and it works well. It’s a bit pricey but we’ll worth it.

I recently purchased the Front Zoom. ARRIS - SURFboard DOCSIS 3.1 Cable Modem & Dual-Band Wi-Fi Router for Xfinity and Cox, and I have to say I am beyond pleased with its performance. The item was well made and worked flawlessly right out of the box. Super happy with my purchase!
