When it did work the connection always dropped, and I had to restart it for it to work again. Caused me to lose 4 hours of work since I was unable to work remotely.

BAD EXPERIENCE

I am paying a plan of 600 mgps to Comcast and I am receiving less than 200! Just right now 152 mbps!!! Comcast technical support say it is the modem! This device cost more than $370.00!!!

Terrible Router

Unfortunately, the router is terrible and wouldn't even give us half the speeds we were paying for. We went with a standalone Arris modem and linksys router that work significantly better

I've tried resetting factory defaults with no joy, as it continues to drop connections to all devices simultaneously. I am returning this product.

However being in the same room as the device I get 3 bars and it fluctuates a lot. Would not consider buying for a home again.
