Overall I can't complain one bit. I couldn't believe how easy it was to set up and use. We are used to having to set up DSL, but this cable modem was so easy. We could not be happier without selection. It had twenty devices running on it, and we still had over 200 MBPS.

So far very good. My old Netgear docsis 3.0 gave me constant buffering when streaming live events so I upgraded to this, and got immediate improvement.

Great unit, way better than who it your ISP can provide to rent. Highly recommended if on the list of units supported.

I reviewed a lot of YouTube videos and ended up with this model of Aries and I'm glad I did. It had a fast connection and simple installation. It was cheaper at Best Buy than it actually was on Amazon... Thank you Best Buy for carrying this and having it in stock in my time of need..

I refuse to rent a modem from xfinity. This works!

Easy setup, has worked great for me for over a month now

I feel it's a little bit less fast than I thought. I don't know if it's Xfinity or you guys or shall I move it. But anyway It's good product.

First off, before upgrading to this router, I was using the router provided by Comcast. That being said, this is a huge step up. With the old router, my devices would constantly drop signal and I would have to restart it at least once a day. Since upgrading I have noticed a huge jump in performance. I would highly recommend using this over what Comcast tries to give you.

I like the Arris moden router 3.1. Easy to disconnect my old one and connect this one. Called Cox to "activate" and it was done. Have had it about 3 to 4 weeks. Good so far.

This modem was easy to set up and activate with Comcast. Excellent throughput, no drop offs. I like that is it “future proofed” - at least for the time being. Decent mobile app.
