Fast Wi-Fi and easy to setup
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted to get the latest WiFi-ac and wanted a cable modem at the same time so this fit the bill perfectly. I noticed a big difference in transferring files over wifi immediately. As with most wireless routers nowadays, this one has 2.4ghz and 5ghz and can have guest wifi ssids which is what I use for friends that come over to put them on a separate network.

Noticeable difference from 2.0 to 3.0

There is a noticeable difference in download speeds from my last modem which had Docsis 2.0. It's a bit larger than I expected, but most other reviewers said the same thing.

Good overall router

I did have to call customer support to get the correct default admin password since the one provided in the manual did not work. The customer service was helpful and quick. Would give 5 stars otherwise.

It works great, it was a bit pricey, but comparable to similar items. Also buying it meant I don't have to rent from comcast.... So this will pay for itself shortly.

This product line was recommended and it worked great as soon as I hooked it up!

Capable for larger homes
