Twc Install and working excellent I would recommend

I had the Cable Modem set up in very little time and was up and running in less time than I thought it would take. It has been running very well since then. No problems. It works great in all rooms and in our gazebo.

Router works great but I think it's too expensive.

Just know if your devices are 2.4 hz or 5hz. Both of these work on the router, but the 5 is literally double the speed. My point is if you don't have any 5 hz devices then this equipment might be more than you need. Or you can do what I did and now I am buying all new devices so they can use the 5 hz faster speed. I would recommend this product.

Setup was easy, however there was a problem with getting the modem to connect with my internet provider. A telephnone call with technical support was able to work through it. After accomplishing a complete reset of the modem, everything worked well.

Downloads way better than the one used from comcast

Works great so far! I bought it with the idea that it would save me the $7 or so each month from the cable provider. It has all the range and speed I need for a small house and I would recommend it to anyone.

This piece of equipment is living up to its prescribed description. It is a huge improvement from DSL, and with its broad bandwidth capabilities, you avoid the " bottle necking " that is usually associated with a crowded cable transmission line.

Very easy setup and very reliable. Range could be better but I guess I can’t expect it to send it’s signal through all the walls in my house.

The combination of Router and Modem is great and having 4 modes is a plus. Unfortunately the on/off power button does not work and since it was already set up and working, I just unplug it to turn it off which is a bummer. Customer service was real nice and helpful.

Moving from cable and needed an fast modem that could go along with Comcast since I was not willing to pay monthly fee of $7.00. Was not crazy about the price but it does the job in my 1800 sq ft home.

I bought this cable modem/router to replace one that kept dropping connections. It has been up and running for a little over a month now with no connection losses. It was nice to wirelessly hook up all my other wireless devices to either the 2.4g or the 5g which ever was appropriate. It was well worth the price.

I purchased this modem/router on line and picked it up at the store the next day without any problem. Once I set it up and activated it with Comcast, the download speed was exceptional. The WiFi speed and signal is superb. I use the WiFi for my smartphone and tablet as well as my computer desktop in the other end of the house. I use wired connections for all my living room devices for maximum reliability although I'm guessing the WiFi will work well also. I wish this model came in a choice of either black or white. All my living room equipment is black and the modem is white. All in all, I would highly recommend this modem over Comcast's own equipment which faltered on me after less than two months.

I have an LG smart tv and I could not use all the functionality with the Comcast gateway. I switched to this device and I have full use of my tv and my kids have no problem playing games online.

I'm too old to be truly a techie anymore. Luckily my cable guy had time on his hand and set it up for me. It was quick and easy. My iPad works, my iPhone works, my tv interfaced seamlessly. And it works everywhere in my 1450 sq ft house. I needed an extender with separate modem router in my smaller CA home. The people at Best Buy did good for me. I can't say enough about the knowledgable employees at Best Buy, California to North Carolina. I'm impressed by this company.

I had to buy this modem because my internet providers modems (yes plural as in I tried six different ones they supplied) would not operate consistently. I now have a modem that I expect to last several years.
