The best cable gateway in the market,fast and reliable,had it for 3 weeks and so far it has worked flawlessly.Just a little high in price but is worth it.

This is a typical 'motorola' modem/router. It works well...as long as you tweak each band to where you want it. the 2.4 gig is not as fast as I would have liked.

I think this router was a good router but unfortunately we had issues with our internet/cable provider and they blamed the router for the low data transfer rate when it was actually a problem with our provider.

I purchased this with the hopes that it would make my internet signal stronger. I have noticed a slight difference but not what I had hoped for the money spent.

I recently changed internet carriers andneeded a new router. This model is built for fncionality even as technology changes. It has worked like a charm thus far. Excellent product!

Simple to setup and install. Only took one 5 minute phone call to my cable provider to complete setup. The only issue I have is the WiFi distance is no greater than my old router that was 3 years old.

I love this Cable Modem/Router its probably the best one I've ever owned so far. I didn't increased speeds from it but rather stable and reliable connection which is what I wanted.

You can't go wrong with this product. I'd recommend this to all of my friends. You have the ability to have a router and a modem all in one. Plus, you can connect simultaneously between 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz.

It was everything I wanted and more. I live on about five acres outside of town. I hooked up the WAVE power user 110 internet service to this product and I now have amazing WIFI. It works inside the house and outside the house.

Easy to hook up and fast, much faster than older modem. A lot less hassle to get up and running.

Cable Modem works fine, but the documentation was out of date , or in error. Required a call to Motorola to get accurate info. Delayed setup by 30 mins, but working great now. I would recommend.

After an easy setup I had another question about the product. Called the helpline and not only did I get my question answered but also they helped me with other suggestions.

My last Brother printer lasted 6 years which is why I bought another from the same company. This one has all I need--low cost laser printing, double sided capability, and a multi page scanner.

Since I change my modem to Motorola - SURFboard eXtreme 802 the connectivity problems went away. I'm enjoying the full capability what I'm paying with my internet company.

I purchased this to replace my N900 Netgear router that was starting to reset itself spontaneously every few hours. At the same time, I moved from a DOCSIS 2 to DOCSIS 3 cable modem and all in one box. So far (a few months now), I am very pleased. Unlike the Netgear unit, I have not had to reinstall firmware that became corrupted by itself. Speeds have definitely improved, too. I hope it keeps up the reliable service.

Overall it's a good value for the money. My devices that take advantage of Wireless AC perform very well. If it wasn't for my Fitbit scale still using 802.11G i would have great throughput across the board. - just one recommendation i wish Arris/Motorola made this device in Red or another color than boring beige

Very convenient all in one package. Sleek design and very user friendly. Only problem was with default password for logging in to admin domain (didn't match what the manual said) but after a quick internet search it worked!

As far a cable modem go this is one of the best ones out there. Easy to setup. Great speed. I would recommend this this product for sure!

This is a good modem/router for a small apartment. The WiFi signal is not as strong as I expected. Seems to have a bit of latency when trying to use WiFi. Other than that it works good.

It has everything I need and more. Supports more than I can get, so I am ahead of the times.
