The modem was very easy to setup and I have seen a noticeable internet speed increase

This modem/router is awesome. I was constantly rebooting my old modem. This modem delivers more data from time Warner than I even pay for. I have the 50mb plan and was receiving around 20 to 30 at best. Now I get up to 60 with high 40's at a minimum. Great for gaming and streaming netflix and Hulu. I have more WiFi connected devices than anyone could ever need and this thing doesn't miss a beat.

Easy to install and works great, no problems. Would recommend this to anyone who asked.

I bought this modem after I was using the one provided by Comcast. I had issues with the Comcast one because my internet would drop for no reason so I got tired of it and made the upgrade. This modem is really nice. So far my internet has not dropped and it's actually been smoother then before. Highly recommend this product.

I upgraded from the 5680. The 5G is defiantly an improve speed and distance.

This router is easy to set up & use. The price is no more up front than what you would pay in just 8-10 months renting one from your internet service provide...our provider wanted $10 per month (+taxes & fees added to the total bill. Best of all - Internet providers are still required to respond to service issues over the phone even if you do not rent their routers!

Absolutely easy to set up. Amazingly covers a 4500SF house with no problem.

The Surboard Modem and Router is not quite as fun to ride as even a boogie board, however, it gets the job done, and does so reliably. I encountered only two problems. First, the documentation in the box contained the wrong default admin password, so I had to look it up online. Second, it would not let me change the subnet of my LAN. There is a field in the interface and it lets you type the number, (which my old Linksys let me do), but when i applied the settings, it would not take the new number and reverted to the old number. I eventually gave up trying to change the subnet and my LAN subnet is what the Surfboard is telling me, rather than letting me choose. Other than that, it's solid, and reaches all four corners of my two story house.

This router/modem replaces my old Motorola router/modem. Now I don't have to unplug my modem every other day for it work. This had gotten to be a constant thing to do for all the devices that we use on a day to day basis. This is great.

It fit our needs for our large home and does a terrific job for us.

i have cox 100mb plan when i am direct connect to the arris its average 117mb so awesome!! but wifi my speeds very from 5mb to 65mb never consistent and all over the place called motorola twice their tech support is awesome and understanding and they manage to get it to work for a day or two will be trading this out
