Great coverage throughout entire 3 level 4000 sq ft house. Rock solid fast WiFi everywhere. What I thought may be a prob but is not, my 8 speaker Sonos system works great with it. I mention because Sonos doesn’t like range extenders but is fine with this.

Greater than my previous experience with my modem/router combination, of which was not an Arris. So far, I am enjoying the modem, continually.

So far so good. Bought this to replace Netgear Modem which was not giving us the speed we were paying for.

I noticed faster wifi and I read its very secure with good ratings.

Summary: Poor reliability (random drops), compatibility, support, and reconnecting takes hours! Look elsewhere! Connection: It took an hour to connect to the internet I thought it was my service provider's fault turns out other modems connect in minutes. Sadly this disconnects for unknown reasons Compatibility: I've never heard a Modem that is not compatible with modern Linksys routers, but sadly this is Speed: Fast no complaints Support: unfortunately I'm getting the run around from ARRIS on a the warranty so hours down the drain. Both phone and live chat support disconnected from me once I established that I have a legit warranty claim Conclusion: Replaced this with Motorola's new modem and I'm glad I did it out performs this in every way despite what it says on paper.

Great product - Geek squad did a great job setting it up and making it so easy.

I bought this modem router combo ..right after the 15 day return policy .. the wireless starts having problems ... So I added a router for wireless .. and now months later I think the modem itself is having issues .. now I will have to shop for a new modem .. after spending .. 200 dollars for this one less than a year ago.

Has known prolonged compatibility issues with xfinity - no upgrades issuesd by company to date - unit is useless - freezes regularly

Don't buy. It has no warranty. Lasted 3 months and is hung in a continuous reboot cycle. Their tech support will not warranty it until the cable company hooks it back up. The problem is they could not talk to it so how is Arris going to do it if it never connects. It's nothing more than extra electronic waste.

Purchased but ultimately returned due to slow uploads. Was only able to get 10MBPS. Switched to a competitors product that was also cheaper and got uploads 10x faster. This will not meet the uploads speeds available on Comcast

I was on chat support with them for an hour before they said I would either have to get a switch to get more ports or pay my ISP to get another IP to use the second port on this device

I bought this modem thinking it was going to be an upgrade. It ran well until it died 4 months after. I was disappointed. I'm never buying Arris only Netgear.

I return this product back to the store, i did connect to the wi fi but it wasn.t what i needed.

Says that it is approved for use with Spectrum, but does not work on Spectrum cable internet.

Two year warranty. Two years and one month stopped working. Had to hook up my twelve year old SB6183 until the free to use 2g from Spectrum arrives.

did not work, would connect to internet but only for 20 or 30 min. returned to best buy.

I spent 4 hours trying to get a Comcast connection without success. Old modem continued to work and eventually purchased the Motorola and connected successfully in 15 minutes.
