Hard to set up, had too return after no tech support from isp or manufacturer

I needed a router to support my 1 gigabit internet, and this router does it! Easy to setup.

I was using a ARRIS SB 6183 with Xfinity 600mbps plan. I can only get up to ~480 mbps in speed test. Now I can get up to ~710 mbps in speed test. This is also a meaningful replacement for SB8200. If you have a DOCSIS 3.1 modem which supports multigigabyte speed, you don't want the 1Gbps ethernet port to bottleneck everything.

It is quite easy to set up. It is working well so far.

Purchased and set it up with Comcast yesterday. I was a lucky with the provider setup - simple disconnect of the old modem, connect this one and using the Xfinity app to activate it - all together 20 minutes of waiting. Performance-wise - happy, getting my full speed. No drops or anything sinister.

Fairly easy setup with my ISP. And seems to work fine with my Eero mesh system. I still have days of spotty internet. Whether that's the ISP or the device is beyond me. Overall a fine purchase. Much smaller than I expected and I do wish it had some mounting holes like my old one so I didn't have to have it standing on something.

Easy set up and activation with xfinity app (did not need to call). Rock solid connection, no drops with speeds as advertised. Owned for 2 weeks. If something comes up, I will post. I had a previous Arris modem that was rock solid for 5 years with no problems. I did a lot of research before purchasing and given my good history with Arris I purchased this over the latest Motorola modem.

I love having my own modem so no more rental fees. This modem is a nice size and very nice looking. It blends in with my living area, so it does not look like some ugly box. It has clear lighting so you know when there is a problem with the internet from my provider.

I really want to give this product more stars because it fixed my internet speed issues. There are two eithernet ports on the device and the 1gig(bottom) does not work. I have my router connected to the 10gig which works great. I have 1 gig download speed consistently. I have not had to reboot the modem at all since installing it. Setup up was ok. I had to call my cable company to activate it. I just can't justify more stars with a product that is technically defective out of the box. It just so happens to work for what I need it for.

Pretty much plug it in and it guides you through setup once connected. Very straight forward and works reliably

Very good modem for my need. The old Arris I own served me well too, but this one more faster.

Setup was easy to piece everything together, however the ISP had difficulty connecting and pushing signal to it.

The modem works really well and is considerably smaller than Xfinity's Gateway I previously rented.

Easy to install. Accompanying software works great. No complaints whatever.

This product was easy to set up and use. I chose this product because it was compatible to my other modem and it was highly recommended by the Geek Squad.

Not much to say. You plug it in, give your ISP its MAC address, restart it and it simply works.
