Waste of money

So I added a router for wireless .. and now months later I think the modem itself is having issues .. now I will have to shop for a new modem .. after spending .. 200 dollars for this one less than a year ago.

S33 gone bad
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don't buy. It has no warranty. Lasted 3 months and is hung in a continuous reboot cycle. Their tech support will not warranty it until the cable company hooks it back up. The problem is they could not talk to it so how is Arris going to do it if it never connects. It's nothing more than extra electronic waste.

Slow upload speeds.

Switched to a competitors product that was also cheaper and got uploads 10x faster. This will not meet the uploads speeds available on Comcast

Died in 4 months

Unable to connect
