Best Modem I have ever used. Fast, reliable. App is easy to use and control. Works with one of the only providers in my area (Comcast) and it's just plug and play. This is my second that I am buying.

I was facing issues with my ISP (Xfinity) and have tried different modems in the past, and none of them gave me good results. This product is excellent, and easy to install, up and running in less than 10 minutes. It's pulling maximum internet speed from my ISP for which I am paying for (800 Mbps). I am very much satisfied with the performance of this modem.

This modem does exactly what it is supposed to do. It’s small and compact and l can put it just about anywhere. Hasn’t given me any problems. Plus I save money because l don’t have to pay Xfinity extra to use their questionable equipment

Great tiny modem. I love the compact size, I was at first worried it wouldn't hold up to be that powerful but I haven't had any issues so far. Happy for the price. It also looks good on my shelf next to my Amplifier router

It's been a few weeks now, and it has been working without any issues. This is clean design, light weight and delivers great performance. This very compact design allows me to use in a small cabinet space, so it works out very well.

Replaced an old Motorola docsys 3.0 modem that Comcast no longer supports. Noticed immediate improvement in speed with streaming. No more artifacts and poor resolution. Also improved my MoCA setup. I think could be faster but Comcast caps the speed. Very small compared to my old modem. Setup was very easy. Was able to get it working and activated from my phone within minutes and no need to call which was great.

Small size modem with excellent performance. As I had my line upgraded, I was seeking for a modem covering and exceeding the provided provider speed for a future upgrade. Easy activation and application to check easily the status.

Works as advertised..future proof..one minor flaw it doesn't support ethernet aggregation for the price it should but not a deal breaker only if you want to have advanced features..it starts and updates super fast with one light on the front to let you know whats going on..internet speed is excellent..pricey but great buy

I've been using this for a week and it's been rock solid - no errors and no unexpected disconnects. What else do you want from a cable modem? It should disappear into the background if it's working properly. Xfinity encouraged me to upgrade to DOCSIS 3.1, so I bought an MB8611. It gave me nothing but trouble. Daily disconnects, lots of errors logged. All of that went away when I got this S33. Supposedly the MB8611 issues are very common and might be due to bad firmware, but I don't have time to wait for them to fix it given how bad the connection was.

I got the max speed at 2.46Gbps. Works as advertised

Modem works really well doesn’t get hot. It’s been going on three years now. Can’t complain at all.

Simpliest way to set up is call ypur Internet provider and give them the necessary imfo theu aak for and its up and running in no time.Super fast speeds as well.

I took a lot of the advice I’ve read and separated my modem from the wifi system. This modem is fast. Upgraded to Cox 1 Gbps service and getting every bit of it. Combined it with Orbi RBR AX4200 extenders and covers well all throughout my house (approximately 3600 sq ft). This does not have many ports for devices you will need to combine with a router but I knew that going in. This device will not have Wifi but I did not buy it for that!

Worked great out of the box. Much faster than my old router. Easy setup. Was up and running in no time.

Great modem supports good speed . If u happen to increase speeds in future this is a good choice as it suppports up to 2.5 gbps speed.

Works a tad better than the 8200. Our ping is definitely better then the 8200. We get solid 1gig down now instead of 960. Overall nice modem. The only thing I do not like is the one lone indicator light on the front. I like more status lights. But that is just personal preference and really splitting hairs.

This modem is fantastic, it delivers the speed of my Xfinity plan 1.2G, but the issue I have is that the upload speed was capped and was not receiving the 200mbps speed of the plan but rather 40mbps. But found out it was due to that Xfinity didn't support it for the Next Gen Speed tier.

Excellent modem, slick and small design, and super easy to setup (which I was worried about when I bought it). You don’t have to call your ISP. In my case, just downloaded Xfinity app and followed the instructions. I was able to switch my older modem with this one in a matter of minutes. Highly recommended.
