I bought this after going through 3 other modems (all CM1200). I had problems with thousands of uncorrectables, many event logs, high lag, multiple internet disconnects. I bought this as recommended by Xfinity tech who came to my house to troubleshoot my problems (he didn't find any). Now, ZERO uncorrectables, very few event logs, low lag. Most importantly, ZERO internet disconnects. Only negative is it doesn't allow LAN port aggregation (802.3ad).

Xfinity sent us an email since we upgrade our speed tier, the older cable modem we have doesn’t take full advantage of the speed as it’s limited. They recommended brands and models, and this sleek new look caught my eye. Regards to setup, you have to have your cable provider on the line, being on the phone or virtual chat, which took some time but main thing is providing the serial # and MAC address. After that, speed was faster on my WiFi using my WiFi devices, more notably faster when hardwired my laptop. I like the not too bright and not too faint blue light at the base. Arris is a well trusted brand, and never fails.

Works as described fast 1GB connection, has two ports as well which I hooked up to my wifi mesh routers and one to a network switch for wires connections to my PS5, TV, and Apple TV. Connection has been great.

Great so far! However, if I pick it up and move it even slightly, it loses the signal to the router. But that might just be the router's fault as it is always giving me problems. Btw, this modem was easy to install, compatible with different cox internet packages, and small and light compared to other routers.

Very easy setup. This modem increased WIFI speed through the mesh system we have. Hope our internet provider increases available speed so we can see how fast this modem can perform. The cost is very reasonable compared to others with this speed. Has been very reliable so far.

I was hesitant to change the modem that had been in place and untouched for 4yrs, in case WiFi (and life itself) was destroyed. This was one of the options recommended by Comcast and so I thought I’d give it a try. Best Buy was the only way to buy it online. This modem was a cinch to install. I downloaded the app to help me. My download speed apparently quadrupled.

So far this has been a good product. Only negative aspect was the call to my service provider to get service settings changed, but that's a small compatibility issue compared to the great speeds and great streaming expedience.

I've only had it for a month so I cant give you an extended review but was very easy to setup and have had zero issues.

I brought this for my xinfinty 600Mbps internet. working pretty well. speed is table, never restart over the past 3 months. I would recommend to anyone use xinfinty. This modem can support up to 1Gb plan.

This device worked great for just over 2 months, then Xfinity fried the device when they worked on wires in our neighborhood. They refuse to acknowledge that they damaged the unit. Will likely purchase another one.

Simply, I bought the SB6190 earlier this year, realized my mistake, and bought the S33. Have had NO issues with the S33, night and day difference. Speed is slightly better, but the constant and solid connection is the key here. Excellent!

This product works as described and just what my nephew wanted.

Amazing but rough start. Real simple to hookup, but I had an issue with connecting with my internet service provider. The support for this product from the vendor was excellent Love the fast internet speed and no more charges for isp modem!!

This unit is excellent. I had bought this 2 yrs or more ago and is still working to writing this review. No issues at all.

Highest internet speeds possible. Preferred over combo router modem set ups.

Produces the max speed that my Xfinity plan allows me to get. 600 Mbps. Small footprint. This coupled with a google nest router doesn’t take too much space even though they are two separate pieces compared to a modem router combo.

This has been MUCH more reliable than our Moto SurfBoard ever was. Haven't had to restart it a single time since installing. The only trouble I had with installation was something our cable provider messed up... everything else went flawlessly. The best part is not having to pay our cable company a monthly rental fee. Only a couple more months, and this will have paid itself off.

Product works great and was easy to set up. Highly recommend it if you have COX and don’t wanna pay their monthly fee for their router and modem set up.

Very good modem and high speen. Replaced my old one and speed improves a lot
