Powerhouse of a modem that is top of its league right now. If you want to get the most our of your cable ISP then go with this if you’re looking for 1 GB or faster services.

Great upgrade from my cable modem/router combo. I have a 1g internet plan, the setup from my provider with this modem was seemless. I have this hooked up with some linksys mesh nodes to provide wifi throughout my home and have had good consistent connections without any drop-off.

An affordable choice for multi-gig cable modem. Easy set up. Basic but delivering fast speed as expected. One of many true example of good thing comes in a small package.

Great modem! Got two ethernet ports. White color making it look fresh! The specs are Great, the price was great at the time as well! This is very compact and I love it!

I typically use Arris modems. They always perform flawlessly and it was an easy installation.

This modem replaced an older model when we upgraded our Internet service. This modem is way faster, and it only took less than 30 minutes to set up.

Xfinity sent us an email since we upgrade our speed tier, the older cable modem we have doesn’t take full advantage of the speed as it’s limited. They recommended brands and models, and this sleek new look caught my eye. Regards to setup, you have to have your cable provider on the line, being on the phone or virtual chat, which took some time but main thing is providing the serial # and MAC address. After that, speed was faster on my WiFi using my WiFi devices, more notably faster when hardwired my laptop. I like the not too bright and not too faint blue light at the base. Arris is a well trusted brand, and never fails.

Very easy setup. This modem increased WIFI speed through the mesh system we have. Hope our internet provider increases available speed so we can see how fast this modem can perform. The cost is very reasonable compared to others with this speed. Has been very reliable so far.

Great so far! However, if I pick it up and move it even slightly, it loses the signal to the router. But that might just be the router's fault as it is always giving me problems. Btw, this modem was easy to install, compatible with different cox internet packages, and small and light compared to other routers.

I was hesitant to change the modem that had been in place and untouched for 4yrs, in case WiFi (and life itself) was destroyed. This was one of the options recommended by Comcast and so I thought I’d give it a try. Best Buy was the only way to buy it online. This modem was a cinch to install. I downloaded the app to help me. My download speed apparently quadrupled.

Does the job, and no annoying throttling like the Xfinity one did. Pulling down 1.3Gbps consistently from the coax regardless the time of day.

Works as described fast 1GB connection, has two ports as well which I hooked up to my wifi mesh routers and one to a network switch for wires connections to my PS5, TV, and Apple TV. Connection has been great.

We have 1000 Mbps internet from Xfinity; we regularly get 800 Mbps down over our wifi (Deco mesh). We did have to call Xfinity to set up the modem, once we had it hooked up. It took a few minutes but has been working reliably for months since then. I haven't tried the Ethernet port.

Works very well. I have 2 gig internet a I am getting those speeds on a consistent basis. Very happy with this purchase.

So far this has been a good product. Only negative aspect was the call to my service provider to get service settings changed, but that's a small compatibility issue compared to the great speeds and great streaming expedience.

This is actually my mom's new modem I helped her hook it up so if Comcast tries to tell you that this doesn't work with the current gigabyte speed they're full of it because they told my mom the same thing and yet it's working at gigabyte speed not to mention they tried to say it was too old of a model but yet it's one of the latest models That's how little the person on the other line doesn't know at Comcast. Now I will say if you combo this with a router you need to have a compatible router look for the latest Asus model if that's the case, older model routers will cause problems.

Works as expected. Only One 2.5 gbps port as afar as I can tell the other seems to be just 1. Only thing to note IMO is it runs pretty hot
