This product works as described and just what my nephew wanted.

Very Good Cable Modem, with excellent on-line customer service…Once again Best Buy exceeded expectations with next delay delivery. Set up of the Arris Modem was fast and easy (a simple call to Spectrum, my internet supplier) and I was back in service with a faster, more stable internet service connection.

So far it has been working great, was very easy to get ip and running,

Very stable and fast router. Bought this for use on a 1 gigabit internet plan. Hopefully this will future proof me for when we upgrade to 2 or 2.5 gigabit speeds. No issues gaming or streaming video.

Had this same model for a year and a half, (purchased from Best Buy), and very satisfied until lightning strike blew it up, (along with a few other things!). I was happy enough with this unit I went back to Best Buy and bought another. Found out later Arris would have covered the blown unit under warranty but would have been major hassle to work with Xfinity to test, (Xfinity customer service is the WORST!). And yes, I would buy same unit yet again.

If you're like me, then you like to keep your access point separate from your Wi-Fi devices. To me, this was the best choice for an ethernet-only access point to pair with a mesh Wi-Fi system. The speed and build quality is great. In my case, I am using some Amazon Eero Wi-Fi 6 Pro picked up for a steep discount on Black Friday sales, and the network reach and reliability has been unprecedented.

We had issues with Charter equipment for years. We decided to purchase our own and haven’t had dropped service since.

Great speeds - I get full speed on mine. I have 900 down and get slightly more when speed testing. Has 2.5 gbps port which is nice for the future.

Previous had netgear and for some reason speeds kept dropipng after a few hours even after reset. This device has not dropped since I purchased it a month ago, works great with Cox!

Everything works fine great speed and very easy to install. It was exactly what I was looking for since my provider upgraded there speead and my old modem was throttling my new speed.

So far so good. Bought this modem to replace a previous SurfBoard product that although was still working, was aging and may have gotten fried in a recent internet outage. Took a bit to get setup with the cable provider - took some time to get itself updated, but once it got there, have had good access to the internet in the house and everything is working seamlessly. Was cheaper to buy outright then to rent from the internet provider. Pleased!

I bought this to not pay for the Xfinity modem rental fee. This modem is easy to set up and hasn’t given me any problems. I easily connected it to my Google nest mesh wireless network.
