Everything works fine great speed and very easy to install. It was exactly what I was looking for since my provider upgraded there speead and my old modem was throttling my new speed.

I bought this to not pay for the Xfinity modem rental fee. This modem is easy to set up and hasn’t given me any problems. I easily connected it to my Google nest mesh wireless network.

Comcast made me upgrade my modem......I'm glad they did.....This modem works flawlessly and is super fast.

I am a previous SURFboard customer (back in the Motorola days) and wanted a modem that just works. This does the trick. I was moving into a new place and wanted to upgrade to a newer modem standard. Right out of the gate it is configured to bridge my Comcast connection (non of this NAT garbage) and worked instantly with my Unifi Edge Router, which was already configured on my previous older SURFboard modem. Total setup time was less than 10 minutes from boot to registration. Rock-solid and very fast so far.

This modem is crazy fast!!! Worth the investment I bought this and the Netgear AX1800 wifi6 router. Between theb3.1 modem abd the wifi6 router.. Holy crap.. I ditched that garbage xfinity loaner that they charge to much for.. over quadruple my speeds..

It was easy to follow the directions to setup this modem. I turned it on and followed my provider’s directions for connecting. It took a few minutes, but worked like a charm.

The ARRIS - SURFboard S33 32 x 8 DOCSIS 3.1 Multi-Gig Cable Modem with 2.5 Gbps Ethernet Port - White. Is a Great modem and was on sale a even better price than other modem with the same features !!! . I needed to upgrade and the sales associate recommended it. Best investment I've ever made !!!

I owned a Motorola cable modem before this one and while it had many positive reviews in real world usage it was pretty terrible. When it finally stopped working I took it to BestBuy and was told that they didn't carry it any longer. I was given in store credit and bought this Arris modem based on what they had in the store. Its been rock solid ever since. I've been using this new modem for over a month and its been extremely reliable.

Bought this modem to replace my older Arris one. It’s been 2 months, and I have had “0” issues. That’s all I can ask out of a modem…. set up was a breeze.

I bought this modem in combination with an eero - Pro 6E AXE5400 Tri-Band Mesh Wi-Fi 6E System 3-pack to replace the Cox-supplied Panoramic modem-router. Very much improved internet speed throughout our home!

Easy setup. Login to xfinity to replace the modem to activate. No issues since the switch from a 3.0 modem.

Great speed achieved and a nice compact size. I had the same experience as other reviewers in that my internet provider (RCN) was a little confounded by this brand new model of modem; make sure you get a persistent tech support person when setting up! My first one gave up and told me to call the manufacturer. After I got a better support rep, it seemed like after 45 minutes of them refreshing the connection on their end, the modem finally got with the program and everything has been working fine since.

Replaces a monthly rental from the cable provider, and limits them access into your home network, their blocked at that point.

Looks good works well I will buy it again if this ever goes down

Highly recommend for Xfinity 1.2 Gbps plan! Have not had any issues since I replaced my aging modem with this one.
