Easy setup. Login to xfinity to replace the modem to activate. No issues since the switch from a 3.0 modem.

The ARRIS - SURFboard S33 32 x 8 DOCSIS 3.1 Multi-Gig Cable Modem with 2.5 Gbps Ethernet Port - White. Is a Great modem and was on sale a even better price than other modem with the same features !!! . I needed to upgrade and the sales associate recommended it. Best investment I've ever made !!!

Highly recommend for Xfinity 1.2 Gbps plan! Have not had any issues since I replaced my aging modem with this one.

This is smaller than it looks, which is a bonus. Works with Xfinity, on their approved list. Easy to connect , works great with Google wifi mesh network. Happy with this purchase.

Definitely makes the internet faster than using Spectrum router. If you have a lot of devices get this with a mesh router system and you’ll be all set for anything!

The modem works as advertised, it was easy to set up.

Fast #1 : Huge speed bump from our older Arris Surfboard which maxed out at a lower speed than recent Spectrum Internet upgrade. No issues with setup (except I had to call Spectrum to provision). Fast #2: Got it delivered home within 2 hours of ordering. Best Buy has started using Roadie for same day deliveries. The modem was on a great deal so I didn’t mind paying a small delivery fee for same day. Great experience overall with this purchase from Best Buy!

I had a Netgear CM1000 that died, had to be RMA'd, then the replacement would stop working and require a reboot at least once a week... Finally jumped to the Arris S33 and it's been absolutely flawless for the past 6 months.

It did take help from their customer service along with Xfinity customer servive but it all came out well in the end and it's working fine.

I needed to replace an older cable modem no longer supported by my cable ISP. This one does the job nicely!

Had to switch to cable modem. No issues connecting, speed is great and easy to connect to router. First time ever not wasting hours setting up internet.

Easy setup with instructions to activate modem with Comcast included, so I was able to install without dealing with Comcast support. Achieving 900+ download speeds.

Using on Cox Gigablast, I get around 1 Gbps, and have had it for a few months with no issues, it has been reliable.

It was much easier to setup than I thought between Arris support/instructions and information available from cable company. I wanted to get rid of the cable router with wi-fi built in since I had installed a much nice EERO system behind the modem and it seems to run much, much faster than the older equipment. There is another model with wi-fi option but I wanted to keep wi-fi separate.

I had these for a week and they were great, I change them because a friend of mine brought me one but I love them and it did the job well. I would recommend it.

Handles my Internet speed flawlessly! Lighting Fast works with my Google wifi. Google helped me get it going after that I was cooking with gas! Very pleased with this device!
