Small but does the job. Easy to set up and better to buy than renting. Ive been using Arris products for sometime now and they have great costumer service

Works like a charm! Goooooòoooooooood as it gets. Easy to install but didnt make whole lot of difference on speed.

I was renting a modem from Xfinity but the monthly cost was adding up. My gateway supports multigig, so I was looking for a modem that had a multigig port to take advantage of the 1200 Mbps speed from Xfinity. This modem met all the requirements and is operating as expected.

Really fast, needed to replace my old arris model to take advantage of the new cable speeds offered. Setup was simple and has been working great for us.

It delivers better performance then the isp made modems it gives me more consistent speeds and connection

Decent cable modem with upgraded 2.5g port. If you'r provider updates to over 1gig speed and you have a 2.5 or 10g network you'll be good to go.

Easy to set up and the speed is much better than our old modem.

I have bought this product about a month ago and it has been working pretty well. I have read some online reviews that this product can get a little hot so i have bought a usb fan to cool it down. I haven't had any issues. Would recommened.

Purchased this to replace an existing SB modem because the Internet provider now requires DOCSIS 3.1. Easy to set up and no problems. Performance is good.

Modem easy to setup. However you must contact Xfinity to activate the modem. I tried using the Xfinity App to activate to no avail. I then tried calling Xfinity which is beyond frustrating. I could not get access to a live person. I was able to text with a tech. This took 2 techs and 3.5 hours.

I was looking to switch from cable for my tv to streaming. I was using an Arris Modem/Router Docsis 3.0 to start. Although I was paying for 800 Mbps I was only getting 20-30 Mbps at the modem. My streaming was very sketchy and constantly buffering. I went to Best Buy a talked to an associate who suggested this standalone Modem coupled with a Google Nest system. After purchasing this combo I am now getting consistently 700 Mbps at the modem and having no buffering. Coverage and speed is great throughout the house. I am overjoyed with this product to this point,

Simple set up and easy to use. I had no issues setting up with provider as well.

Easy to setup. Good price. I had to upgrade due to ISP upgrade so I got new ethernet cable as well. The IP address given in the instructions to register is outdated and doesn't work. Couldn't get the QR code to connect to anything. But those really aren't needed to setup and use the product.

Really good unit for the price. I'm getting the full internet speed I'm paying for. My only complaint is that the instructions were wrong on setting up with Spectrum. The instructions gave a link to a website and it would automatically register your new mac address. That didn't work. I had to log into my Spectrum account and live chat with a rep who submitted the new mac address. After that everything worked great.

Installation was simple. Got the full download speed supported by the carrier.

I chose the Arris modem as a beginning to gain more control over my home internet and television technology. Switching from my rented gateway to the modem was extremely easy using the rented gateways app. I immediately experienced an increase in performance over the rented one. Highly recommend!
