Fast. Works well with Xfinity and is supported. This was an upgrade over an older cable modem to get faster speeds.

Great item. I get the right fast speeds. Easy set up.

Love it so far! Easy setup, no buffering when streaming, works in rooms where we had weak signal, now have wifi out in the yard where we previously didn’t. Haven’t had to reboot because of loss wifi signals. Should have upgraded a long time ago.

Using this modem with Xfinity 1 gig service. Installed with the Xfinity online process and it worked flawlessly. Getting 944 Mbps down and 44 Mbps up. My WiFi is the eero Pro 6 with 3 pucks. One puck is directly connected to the modem and the other 2 are just over WiFi. I’m very happy with the whole system. Had the Modem for about 3 weeks so far and have not experienced any issues whatsoever. I would highly recommend this modem.

I love this modem, it was so easy to set up. It's can handle the latest speeds from my ISP which is great. So glade I purchased it. Awesome.

I needed a little workhorse for the type of internet I require. Teleworking & School at home drive up the need for internet that is not spotty. I tried cheaper models, only to be frustrated by constant drops and dips in internet speed. I went ahead paid a little more for this type of modem. I do not regret it. Internet speeds have been consistent. I never worry about bandwidth issues because this modem does what I need it to do!

New technology tripled my download speed after 10 minutes of set up. The app in box walks you through set up with Comcast/ Xfinity. No direct lan access to computer needed. Can set up all through app with Xfinity app. Download speed went from 280 mbps to 890 mbps with the new technology.

Good modem that hasn't dropped my connection since. Coming from a Motorola SB8600, which had so many issues with dropping my wifi connection daily. The SnR signal was good, but I ended up having to reboot it like 3 or 4 times a day. Imagine while working from home and doing something important with a client and all of sudden you lose connection? That is completely unnaceptable. If it helps, I have a technical background and no amount of troubleshooting firmware will help my particular unit. I verified with Comcast that it was not my wires or the ethernetdrop causing it, or the coax. In short: Your mile varies significantly a large amount of these 3.1 modems can have handfuls of issue.

Modem is fast as advertised. Connected it to Xfinity and it came up without problems.

The modem is great and saves on the fees! Also very future proof for high speeds since it can do gigabit speeds.

great purchase I Priest, my Internet speed from Xfinity and after a couple of problems at the set up, which it turned out was Xfinity’s fault.. Gigabyte internet speed & this is grest choice i had the last gen arris but this is superior

This is a great device to run off your fiber optic network. Recently we got fiber in my area and boy does this purchase was needed. I set this up and routed 3 Ethernet lines from it through a divider and also connected a wifi modem along with it. It works magic. I run both my chromecast tv dongles and never wait or miss shows. If you ever sign up for cable, please buy your device, it will mean the world in service. I was given this piece of advice and never looked back.

Fantastic performance, super easy to set-up with Xfinity, just connect and contacts Xfinity to provision, then it runs super smooth.

Worked excellent for Astound broadband 300MB in NYC. Send the Mac to customer support first. Then just connect the coax cable to the back and Ethernet port to a WiFi router. Everything worked after my service was activated

Fast and runs much, much cooler than the SB8200. Must buy for any Gigablast cable speeds.

We finally departed from the C-cast/xFin__ gateway and we're not looking back! No more rental fees and the performance of this modem is second to none. We matched it up with three TP Link Deco 6e routers and the coverage in our large home is flawless.

Finally replacing unsupported older Arris model. This new unit was pretty plug and play. No issues. Was hoping to get my full advertised 900Mbps speed and connecting directly to the modem I do. I discovered my router is the bottleneck. This is not a knock on the modem at all, just a warning that all devices need to support higher ISP speeds. The modem so far has been working great and the first step to better speeds.

Great modem! Works well with ASUS Ax5400 router and very easy to set up. If you want something future proof this is your best bet.
