Everything was very easy to set up, works great, no issues so far

Upgraded from an Arris docsis 3.0, which should be capable of 1000Mbps, but was only getting in the 600s on a Gigabit plan. After activating this modem, speed tests were immediately hitting the 980s. The lighting on this modem is much more pleasant than the previous arris, which could have doubled as a lighthouse beacon.

Arris Cable modems are the modems of choice in my house. This new one is working great! The setup only took minutes and the only reason I am replacing my old Arris modem is because my provider upped my internet speed beyond what the old modem could accommodate.

Quick and easy setup and service provider was able to recognize it immediately.

This little modem works real well, but it gets really hot.

So far so good. No heat issues and it’s very fast!

Easy to setup and has been rock solid with Xfinity in Maryland. Getting 1.2 gigs down.

This Arris cable modem is better than the modem so rented from the cable company. I’ve had no problems since I installed it. It was an ordeal to get the cable company to activate it but everything has been great ever since. Plus I save the $12 monthly rental fee.

I love this modem! It is super fast. I use the 2.5 connection.

Installation and activation was simple. Simply plug in, power, coaxial to Xfinity and router then register modem with Xfinity via their app. Within moments WiFi is on. I can say my speed improved but the modem is compliant with Xfinity so I should be good for a long while.

Easy to set up. Nice size. Connects well with Netgear products, which was bought at same time.

This modem is fast and it doesnt get hot compared to the other.

No issues. Easy to setup. 2 fast ports: 1x2.5, 1x1 gb ports.

The modem connects flawlessly to Comcast, and I am getting slightly over the 1200 Mbps download speed I'm supposed to get. That said, I am not getting the 200 Mbps upload speed I'm "supposed to" get from CC, but I imagine that is on their end and not due to the product itself.

So far the modem works great. No drop on internet, same and compact which save space. Easy setup.

With the right internet plan the speeds are accruate when hard wired! Make sure to use the right LAN port and youll get true 2Gbs speeds on the download. On the flip side, If you’re expecting 2Gbs speed over wifi you’ll be let down. But this is no fault of the modem… its because of wifi / router limitations.

Easy to set up and works great. Very Fast on Cox Gigablast. It could run two drops for twice the speed.

Check with your internet provider first. Xfinity was offering unlimited internet if you rent their modem. Unfortunately the unit they(xfinity) supply has built in wifi which I do not need(mesh wifi system already installed). This modem works as advertised I am getting the full benefit of everything i am paying for through xfinity with it.

Seems to have resolved discounting issues with my mesh system. No issues to report, I was surprised how small and simple the device was.

I needed to upgrade my tired older surfboard 8200 modem. This S33 model was a direct replacement. I really like this model more given the support for 2.5 gigs off the internal Ethernet port. My firewall can handle up to a 10g connection so this worked perfectly.
