Gets the job done

Comcast/Xfinity internet is terrible and the worst internet provider I have ever had but we are forced to use them where we live. However, this item does well. Only reason I am not giving this five stars is because I feel that this overheats. I would be very mindful of where you place this item in your house.

I did not know a modem and a router both separate was actually better than a modem router combo... this modom in combination with the Asus RT AX82U AX5400 is God tier with a household with more than 10 devices.

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not much you can say about a modem, but it was a breeze to set up and it can handle up to 2.5G connections with ease - just make sure you have a modem with a 2.5G WAN port if you do intend to use it for a connection faster that 940MBPS… A nice feature is the ability to turn off the status light when operating normally if it’s located in a room where you’d rather not have a bright blue or green light shining 24/7.

I know it wasn't working good on the model router combo I was using. I bought this tuna paired it with an eero 6 pro wireless router system and I haven’t had any issues since. Internet is fast too.
