I was using an older DOCSIS 3.0 modem which wasn't cutting it after upgrading to gigabit internet. Installed this and instantly saw increases to my speeds since it is newer and more capable.

Save few bucks from internet provider. Good for high speed internet and has support up to 2.5Gbps. Happy with the current purchase. Still you need a router for wifi connection. It is little price for modem but serves the purpose.

Easy to set up and has been working great. I replaced the Xfinity gateway with this and haven't had any issues since!

This baby keeps my connection stable and speeds are great. It's not bulky also.

Upgraded from the MB8600 to this S33. I used the 2.5G port from the modem to my PFsense and I get 1,200 Mbps download on xfinity service. Before I was limited to 945 Mbps.

Used to have a Netgear, but because of some issues created by a competing cable company in the area it was bricked. The new Arris we purchased to replace it is so much better with no drops in connection and is solid.

This modem is a must have if you are a Spectrum customer. It is so much better than the Spectrum modem. It also works really great with the Linksys mesh system.

Setting it up was a breeze. Unfortunately our business network wasn’t compatible. It’s too bad, I really wanted to keep it

I went to Best Buy to get a modem that could handle the one gig per second service I’m getting from Comcast. I bought this modem since it says it can handle over Two gigs per second. Comcast is now telling me that this equipment cannot handle the speed it is supplying. Now I don’t know what to do.

This modem is a much faster and cheaper option than renting the basic modem from charter. I aslo love the durability of this product. The previous one I had was still going strong after eight years I just upgraded to the faster version to handle the faster, Internet speed.

Install is easy since cable companies do the configuration. Best choice if you want to use separate router, 2.5Gb link ensures good throughput

I have been using these modems for years. Sadly, nothing is immune to lightning so the protection plan is a good option when buying these modems.

Really easy to setup and connect with provider. Small enough to fit anywhere

So far so good. Easy set up with a simple phone call. This thing screams.

Set up process was quick and simple, It’s less bulky than other modem I’ve owened. My only issue is that the ethernet port does not work unless your ISP provides the service for it.
