We have never had better speeds in our house ever! Works amazing!!

Great for Cox 500 Mbps plan. Speeds double when moving from 3.0 to this 3.1 modem. Should have upgraded a long time ago as I was missing out on super fast speeds. Getting speeds of 600 Mbps.

1 GB internet made easy!! This is a great device if you’re looking to have more control over modem settings. Just had to contact ISP to give them the MAC ID and presto! All set to surf the net

So far works great with xfinity. I compared the prices of another product that was $50 more but the specs were identical so i opted for this. This is my second Arris modem. First one is still going strong after 5 years and I'm sure this one will go the distance as well.

Great modem! Had an earlier model and needed to upgrade. Research this modem and gave it a try. Our Internet connection is faster than ever. Able to steam and game with no connection or speed issues.

What can I say. Free overnight shipping--what's not to love about that. Took a few minutes for Xfinity's app to adopt it and load their firmware. It's been rock solid since. Haven't been using it for too long, but it's very fast and stable so far. Now I just need a faster firewall to keep up.

Have had this for a little over a month now. I use it with Xfinity gig speed and an Eero Mesh wifi setup. The first couple nights it would reset itself and not fully come back up but after about a week it quite doing that. I am pretty sure it just doing firmware updates etc. since then, it has been very stable and consistent speeds with no issues.

Definite upgrade from the rented cable modem. Using the 2.5Gbe hooked up to an Asus Wi-Fi router my speed-to-router is 1.2-1.3Gbps vs 980Mbps via Eero Pro6. I’ve used cable modems from the provider in the past and it’s always a nightmare. You should always buy your own modem.

This is an upgrade from an earlier version of Arris Surfboard I had. Set up was simple with the Xfinity,App. It took 10 minutes and I was up and running. Have not had any issues at all. Works perfectly

Good product. Does what it's supposed to do. It does get a bit hot to the touch though.

So far, this has been a definite upgrade to our ISP supplied modem that would drop signal several times per day. We use with an Eevo mesh router setup. As expected, needed almost an hour on the phone with the ISP when their DIY install site was not working.

Wanted to update from my previous router and this one is a winner. My internet service is sometimes spotty but this router takes it in stride and reestablishes contact to the provide quickly and automatically. I'm very pleased with it's performance so far and glad I upgraded from a much older router. You won't be disappointed.

Arris products have always been solid and the S33 is no exception. Recently upgraded from the 8200 and have had no problems at all, just great reliable speed

This WiFi modem handles any speed you may have. We replaced our older device with this one. You can definitely tell a difference.
