Have had this for a little over a month now. I use it with Xfinity gig speed and an Eero Mesh wifi setup. The first couple nights it would reset itself and not fully come back up but after about a week it quite doing that. I am pretty sure it just doing firmware updates etc. since then, it has been very stable and consistent speeds with no issues.

I am concerned this unit is getting more than warm.

We were having trouble with our last modem, and replacing it with this one solve the problem. It was easy to set up and everything went really smoothly through the app.

Wanted to update from my previous router and this one is a winner. My internet service is sometimes spotty but this router takes it in stride and reestablishes contact to the provide quickly and automatically. I'm very pleased with it's performance so far and glad I upgraded from a much older router. You won't be disappointed.

I upgraded to this and it has improved my connection speed and strength in my apartment building (where I used to struggle) immensely. Been using for 6 months, no problems.

Easy setup and fast wifi when connected with a mesh network!

Upgraded from older docsis 3.0 and this resulted in my speed going from 300 Mbps to over 800 Mbps.

This Product has worked great so far. Very easy to set up.

Plugged into my laptop, took forever for the Spectrum activation to appear. Downloaded the app on iphone, which doesn’t do very much apart from give you a product manual. Plugged into my AX86u and then the games began. Got the ‘ISP’s DHCP does not function properly’ error. Set it to auto detect, which failed a couple of times. Set time zone in router and rebooted a couple of times, eventually was successful. I did not see drop in power as others reported, mine actually improved by 1-2 units. I did see a drop in latency from 12ms to 15ms. Accessing the modem, through 192.168.100.1 I had to over-ride on my iphone to allow. No way to clear event log. Was either this model or the MB8611. The S33 on paper has more memory (better buffer capacity), time will tell.

Resolved my connection issues with Comcast-Xfinity that were happening due to the faulty Motorola MB8611 cable modem. This modem has been solid as usual for the Arris brand and can easily support the high bandwidth plans from Comcast.

A modem should be a largely invisible component in the network. If you have to deal with it, it is a problem. Thankfully, this one fits the bill - it just works. Replaced a Motorola MB8611 with this after the Motorola device started rebooting several times a day dropping internet connection for 10mins each time.

Did extensive research on cable modems (without router) and this unit is highly rated . Working well/no issues -- happy with the purchase.

I previously had a Motorola Gigabit speed Modem, but even though I had gigabit speed internet from Cox, I wasn't getting the full capability from my wifi. So I decided to upgrade my router and at the same time purchased this modem when it was on sale. Now I get 1200 mbps. Very happy with my purchase.

It's a great modem! Haven't had any issues with it. The only issues I had were with my ISP and product support but they were worked out. Honestly the setup issues were to be expected. But since then it has worked beautifuly and I'm so happy I no longer have to lease a modem!

Extremely easy to set up but I’d recommend downloading the app before switching routers just beware this doesn’t supply wifi you need a separate router

Improved my household speeds after upgrading from a Docsis 3. Nothing crazy, but definitely noticeable with my router when I have multiple people streaming, gaming, etc.

Good router for the money. Performs as well as my old Netgear ac1900. The app is pretty useless and had to call Arris to register the product since online it wouldn't recognize the router serial #

I have had for several months now. It was recommended by a person in the computer field. It has worked flawlessly since I turned it on.

I had the previous model and to me they are basically the same. I like the look of this one better but find not tell a difference in any other way. The previous one was a great modem and so far this one is too.
