Great price, fast service (the modem, that is!) This one should last a few years at least!! OH, and it's light weight, I have it mounted to the side of my desk with command strip velcro!

Improved my internet speed by more than 100mbps

I pay for 1gig speed and used to never get more than 800mb down, even hardwired. Now I am getting 900mb+ on wifi. Another solid product from Arris.

I've been using a week and I noticed I have a stronger Internet connection. Spectrum Modem was always going offline. I have Gig Internet and everything is working great.

Arris Surfboard modem..Buy from Best Buy l!

Works perfectly as advertised. I initially purchased 1st Arris until through Amazon. It was junk, didn’t work and was returned. Save your self headaches and hassle and buy from Best Buy to eliminate risk of buying defective goods.

This is a great modem. Set up was a quick phone call to the internet provider. So far no dropped connections and speeds are as promised.

Was still running good, but I decided it was time to upgrade for the future. This new arris modem G33 is great. Has higher speed, and does not seem to freeze up. A bargain

Great modem

I had to chat with Xfinity to register this modem in my account but everything went smoothly. It took about an half hour to set this up. It is really small (compared to Xfi gateway) and shows great performance.

The little modem that could

It has DOCSIS 3.1, has ethernet 2.5 Gbps and 1.0 Gbps ports and pretty well future proofs my internet connection for a while. I bought this modem because my cable provider started charging $10 a month for their modem of choice.

Bought this one and everything seems A-OK. Need to upgrade my mesh system to get the full 1gb(867} but I'm consistently getting that at the main mesh router.

Maybe I should've waited because I'm thinking of switching my Internet service. Regardless though, this modem is working fine.

Top notch cable modem

No issues using this so far. This is considered one of the top end modems out there.
