Good router for the money. Performs as well as my old Netgear ac1900. The app is pretty useless and had to call Arris to register the product since online it wouldn't recognize the router serial #

Great modem, excellent just replaced an older one that lasted 5 years

I replaced an existing Exfinity’s Xfi gateway modem/router with this mode and It has been working very good. I had to chat with Xfinity to register this modem in my account but everything went smoothly. It took about an half hour to set this up. It is really small (compared to Xfi gateway) and shows great performance.

My internet provider no longer supported my old modem so I got the S33. This is a great modem. Set up was a quick phone call to the internet provider. So far no dropped connections and speeds are as promised.

Improved my household speeds after upgrading from a Docsis 3. Nothing crazy, but definitely noticeable with my router when I have multiple people streaming, gaming, etc.

Plugged it in and it worked immediately. I pay for 1gig speed and used to never get more than 800mb down, even hardwired. Now I am getting 900mb+ on wifi. Another solid product from Arris.

This Modem is Great! I've been using a week and I noticed I have a stronger Internet connection. Spectrum Modem was always going offline. I have Gig Internet and everything is working great.

Extremely easy to set up but I’d recommend downloading the app before switching routers just beware this doesn’t supply wifi you need a separate router

Did extensive research on cable modems (without router) and this unit is highly rated . Working well/no issues -- happy with the purchase.

This modem does what I am looking for. It has DOCSIS 3.1, has ethernet 2.5 Gbps and 1.0 Gbps ports and pretty well future proofs my internet connection for a while. I bought this modem because my cable provider started charging $10 a month for their modem of choice.

Upgraded from older docsis 3.0 and this resulted in my speed going from 300 Mbps to over 800 Mbps.

Works great with my 2gb plan from cox. No issues after a few weeks.

Had an Arris modem for 6 years. Was still running good, but I decided it was time to upgrade for the future. This new arris modem G33 is great. Has higher speed, and does not seem to freeze up. A bargain

Very good modem. This brand of Modem is very good. We were with him for almost 2 weeks but my internet company had problems with the signal and we returned it to the store because we thought the problem was the modem He really is a good model and it's a shame I didn't stick with him.Previous to this model we had the previous model and it is worth mentioning that it was the best of the best.

This Arris 3.1 Cable Modem has been outstanding and to this day has had no issues. The price was very reasonable and I would highly recommend if you’re looking to replace your rental modem, wanting to upgrade, to take a look at this one.

We bought this to replace the Motorola one bought days earlier that kept dropping internet continuously. No issues so far and we’ve got great coverage and speed!

I only have 400 Mbps with Xfinity but wanted to future proof myself in case I got higher speed service later so went with this modem. No issues using this so far. This is considered one of the top end modems out there.

Easy to set up and use. Light and compact. Waited to purchase once it went on sale. Would not pay regular price for this item.
