Latest greatest ISP modem for cable Internet providers. I've used it with Cox and Mediacom, works great. Allows for a proper WAN address for your router, to facilitate remote access. Also saves the price of the monthly rental for the ISP modem/router, which can be $12-15/month.

I have gigabit internet and it gets the expected throughput. I haven't had to reboot it yet, so that is good. I have Grande cable in Texas. I think it'll be about 18 months before it ends up being cheaper than renting it. ;)

We were getting slow internet speeds not up to par with the service we were paying for. After this upgrade we got 1Gbps download and upload.

Great Cable Modem, has been running without a problem for months. With my WiFi 7 router it is super fast on the cable network with this product.

Required contacting my ISP to give them the MAC address, a process that was accomplished electronically, but took a couple hours, for it to work. Other than that, it was plug and play. TV and everything else are working fine.

Works great with no issues. Purchased after upgraded my RCN internet speed. My old cable modem did not support the high speed. This one does the job!

I returned SBG8300 cable/router combo because was giving me poor speed and range. So I ended giving a try and install this, use my Asus wifi router. All I can say was way better than the 300$ cable/router combo.hopefully will last long.

Excellent DOCSIS 3.1 modem well worth the price. Being a WFH personnel I have invested in a good router and now a good modem. This is also one of the modems that is pretty much compatible with most internet providers.

Daughter had Xfinity modem....it sucked, replaced it with this modem, works fantastic!

My internet was continually giving me problems. Finally realized it was the terrible modem provided by my cable company. After buying this I have had zero outages and speed has been blazing fast. Highly recommended

Ive never had such fast internet in a while. After moving out of NY to CT its been rough but the S33 helped out alot with speeds, connection reliability, and transparency of whats going on with my connection from my ISP. Its also such a great OPTIMizinh replacement for the outdated ISPs equipment.

Gave this a month for an extended trial vs the rental modem from Spectrum. Internet speed and stability has improved, having access to Signal levels and the event log has given me the ability to prove that Spectrum still has issues in my area and escalate them and get them repaired.

I ordered this online in the Best Buy store, and recently received a refund, as it is out of stock. Happy I got the refund. Disappointed it's out of stock!

I had been having issues with Call of Duty having bad latency (time signal goes to server and back) and decided I wanted faster speed so I bought an Arris SB6190 modem which is a DOCSIS 3.1 and got my speed but the latency was still there. My pings were high and gaming performance was bad and my friends made fun of me. I did some research and found the intel chip in the SB6190 was adding overhead. I bought the S33 and it fixed most of my issues, my friends still make fun of me but now it's because I'm just a bad player and not because my equipment is causing me to react slower to people shooting at me.

It works really well. I am a COX customer and pretty much everyday my internet would go out, I was using a netgear 3.1 modem, I replaced it with this one and everything is working great. I just wish they had more LEDS than the 1 on the front to quickly check status

Had to upgrade my modem to a docsis 3.1 due to our internet company changing their system. This was easy to install, easy to use, and worked great with my eero mesh i purchased. Be sure to call your internet provider when you hook it up so they can adjust their signal into the new modem.

This is a great modem. I have used Arris's modems in the past. This one was upgrade from what I had. It is very easy to set up and in just a very short time it is ready. I would defiantly recommend this modem.

It’s a great device for higher speeds and faster speeds with work from home.
