My other modem kept dropping signal. Bought this one and everything seems A-OK. Need to upgrade my mesh system to get the full 1gb(867} but I'm consistently getting that at the main mesh router.

Seems fast and it’s super small . Almost fits in my pocket

My old modem stopped working so I bought this as a replacement. Maybe I should've waited because I'm thinking of switching my Internet service. Regardless though, this modem is working fine.

Love this thing! I used to have the Xfinity modem/router and I wasn’t getting the speeds I was supposed to while gaming. Since we rent those things anyway, I’m glad we spent the money to own our own and NOW we get the 1.2 GB we’re paying for.

I have been using these modems for years. Sadly, nothing is immune to lightning so the protection plan is a good option when buying these modems.

I have gigabit internet and it gets the expected throughput. I haven't had to reboot it yet, so that is good. I have Grande cable in Texas. I think it'll be about 18 months before it ends up being cheaper than renting it. ;)

Consistent upload and download speeds over spectrum issued equipment. Have had this for a few months and no down time noted. It is paired with and Orbi router

Latest greatest ISP modem for cable Internet providers. I've used it with Cox and Mediacom, works great. Allows for a proper WAN address for your router, to facilitate remote access. Also saves the price of the monthly rental for the ISP modem/router, which can be $12-15/month.

This modem has been great, so far. I had to replace my last one because a surge hit and fried it! I love that it comes with and app to set it up -- makes it a lot easier.

I returned SBG8300 cable/router combo because was giving me poor speed and range. So I ended giving a try and install this, use my Asus wifi router. All I can say was way better than the 300$ cable/router combo.hopefully will last long.

Great modem, set it & forget it. My Internet provide jacked their monthly modem rental rate. This SURFboard will pay for itself within a year. Easy to install, once done, a quick call to "my provider" with the MAC address and I was in business!

I have had this modem for a while now and it is great, fast and responsive. have it connected to my xbox series x and I never have connection issues.

This product works as advertised...when I direct connect it to my PC Im receiving close to 2.5 gigs...my router is a little older and can only push close to 1 gig...still plenty of speed.

Xfinity discontinued support for my old modem and didn't let me know until my connection stopped working. This modem has worked great and was very easy to setup.

This ARRIS does the job providing me to get the most out of my 1.2 GB Internet circuit. Would reccomend.

My internet was continually giving me problems. Finally realized it was the terrible modem provided by my cable company. After buying this I have had zero outages and speed has been blazing fast. Highly recommended

Gave this a month for an extended trial vs the rental modem from Spectrum. Internet speed and stability has improved, having access to Signal levels and the event log has given me the ability to prove that Spectrum still has issues in my area and escalate them and get them repaired.

I am concerned this unit is getting more than warm.
