Bought to replace my old surf board due to connection drops on Comcast after swapping have had no drops. Do wish I waited for docis 4.0

I had been having issues with Call of Duty having bad latency (time signal goes to server and back) and decided I wanted faster speed so I bought an Arris SB6190 modem which is a DOCSIS 3.1 and got my speed but the latency was still there. My pings were high and gaming performance was bad and my friends made fun of me. I did some research and found the intel chip in the SB6190 was adding overhead. I bought the S33 and it fixed most of my issues, my friends still make fun of me but now it's because I'm just a bad player and not because my equipment is causing me to react slower to people shooting at me.

It's a great product and easy to install with the QR code provided.

Excellent DOCSIS 3.1 modem well worth the price. Being a WFH personnel I have invested in a good router and now a good modem. This is also one of the modems that is pretty much compatible with most internet providers.

No issues have had it a over a year and has performed as expected. Run many devices including 3 computers hardwired off a splitter from it that gamers

Ive never had such fast internet in a while. After moving out of NY to CT its been rough but the S33 helped out alot with speeds, connection reliability, and transparency of whats going on with my connection from my ISP. Its also such a great OPTIMizinh replacement for the outdated ISPs equipment.

Had to upgrade my modem to a docsis 3.1 due to our internet company changing their system. This was easy to install, easy to use, and worked great with my eero mesh i purchased. Be sure to call your internet provider when you hook it up so they can adjust their signal into the new modem.

It works really well. I am a COX customer and pretty much everyday my internet would go out, I was using a netgear 3.1 modem, I replaced it with this one and everything is working great. I just wish they had more LEDS than the 1 on the front to quickly check status

The device works great for my home network. I recently increased my speed from the ISP and the Surfboard has been amazing paired with Eero Pro.

Required contacting my ISP to give them the MAC address, a process that was accomplished electronically, but took a couple hours, for it to work. Other than that, it was plug and play. TV and everything else are working fine.

ISP would have made me rent this, so I purchased instead. Should be future proof as it's DOCSIS 3.1. Also provides more than 1Gbps speed.

Best value for the buck. Hopefully this will last a long time without becoming obsolete like the one with comcast. Super easy setup.

Works great with no issues. Purchased after upgraded my RCN internet speed. My old cable modem did not support the high speed. This one does the job!

Great Cable Modem, has been running without a problem for months. With my WiFi 7 router it is super fast on the cable network with this product.

This is a great modem. I have used Arris's modems in the past. This one was upgrade from what I had. It is very easy to set up and in just a very short time it is ready. I would defiantly recommend this modem.

We were getting slow internet speeds not up to par with the service we were paying for. After this upgrade we got 1Gbps download and upload.

Should have switched sooner. With over 30 devices connected to my home network via router and wife... No issues

My original modem crashed. Hard. It wouldn't turn back on because it couldn't keep up with the newer WiFi stuff. So I rushed to Best Buy to find a new one because I needed it for work and school. I sat there looking at the different options before picking this one. Best choice I made. It works wonderfully and I feel like my WiFi has actually gotten better. It was a super easy set up and my internet provider was able to connect to it with ease as well.

Great moden, easy to set up and even comes with free support if you have trouble getting it to work.
