Very easy to install, I had it up and running in less than ten minutes. Excellent response time so far. Works as advertised.

After a month of use, appears to have solved my issue I was experiencing with company provided modem.

Great modem that works with cox cable. No rental fees and the device is way better than what would have been provided by the cable company. Very easy setup with gigablast internet.

It was decent at handling the speeds we needed it for but fell short when pushed to handle bigger internet loads and lost connection multiple times. It broke after less than a year of use, not sure what caused it since it was in a secure location away from potentially being damaged. It was working fine until out of nowhere it decided to stop sending/recieving signals

Amazing modem, works with W0W internet, pretty much no issues, seems to support 1gig download. I get pretty decent speeds . Would recommend if you have WOW internet and don’t want to pay modem fees.

At first I wasn’t sure if I should get this but after talking to one of the workers there you really recommended me to get it so I trusted him and I got it and I’m glad my Internet is faster than ever

This was a necessary purchag=se for the WiFi 6 system. Previous Arris Surfboard modem was excellent, but needed this updated version for the new WiFi mesh extender system I installed.

Works like a charm and save $25 bucks a month off my service provider fees. Also increased my internet speed and lowered by ping. Highly recommend

This router sped my Xfinity internet up from 700Mbps to 1400Mbps. Setup took a bit to get Xfinity to swap over, but well worth it

This cable modem is fast.i bought otger brands before nothing really worked well like thus this brand.

Modem works perfectly with 800mbps internet connection. Was having speed issues with my much older modem once upgrading to 800 mbps

Arris modem replaced a netgear nighthawk router modem. It was easy to set up with Xfinity, has good speed, and works well with Eero Pro 6 wifi router.

I upgraded my old modem with the Arris S33 as I was upgrading my router. The new combination is outstanding. My internet subscription is 400 mbps but I’m getting a constant 450 mbps.

I am very impressed. I have a 300 mps cable ISP and I consistantly get 325-330 mps download speeds. No more buffering.

I picked this up to update my home internet system. Easy setup and thus far, superior performance.

Bought this one to replace my 4-year old Arris which was DOCSIS 3.0 and rated up to 636Mbs. 1Gbs came into the area so I upgraded to the latest and this thing smokes! They have disappointed me yet.
