Replace your COX modem

Above and Beyond Mere Salesmanship

Explained how we would connect at home-and it went very smoothly. He also mentioned that we should upgrade to 500 channel wifi with Cox- to get the best wifi for the wifi needs and the size of our house. We took his instructions and wifi is working great.

Brilliant little modem

It was not particularly easy to set up, but that was primarily due to Comcast / Xfinity not provisioning the modem properly. It also turned out that, although Comcast had told me my old modem was faulty, which caused me to buy the Surfboard, it was actually a wiring issue outside my house which had been the problem all along. Having said that, I am very happy with this modem

Easy setup and faster than my Docsis 3.0 router
