Reliable Upgrade For Comcast Users w/ Room To Grow

In short Comcast recently updated their infrastructure to offer higher speed connections. The result was not only that my older modem could not take advantage of the higher speed offering, but in fact was under performing because less channel capacity was allocate to legacy modems. Setup was something of a hassle where the instructions say you can setup the model without a cellphone. In fact I was forced to download the Comcast app to provision the new modem. Once provisioned, I deleted the app from my phone. All that said one the modem was provisioned, software updated, etc it is 100% solid without any dropped connections.
