    This modem is tiny! My only complaint is that the instructions do not include a color key. I had to look it up. It was a relatively easy swap while on the phone with Xfinity.

    works as expected, but have encountered some tiny drops in service for a few seconds at a time since switching modems. however this could also be due to a bad cable,. it hasnt been enough of an issue to fully investigate so id say its safe to say either way the modem does what it should

    Decent product, had a lot of problems on the get go because it was new tech. But it seems to have settled down with updates. Still better than renting cable modems.

    Needed a good replacement for my previous Surfboard modem. I use Spectrum cable service and this unit is on their approved list. I had no issues connecting the modem to Spectrum, did need to call them to complete the setup but not hard. I am consistently getting about 12-15mbps over my paid service of 100mbps.
