Before I was having problems weekly now the only issue since was an area wide power outage. Plus unlike many you can get into it and make adjustments.

Works very well for 1-Gig service

Setup App does not work with this model (S33 32x8 DOCSIS 3.1) yet, so I needed to have my Internet Provider set it up for me, which took a while.
