Works fantastic and so happy I went with this one.

Wicked fast internet 98% of the day, until it attempts a firmware update at 01:02, 01:52, and 01:54 AM. I got it to replace an older modem which was starting to stutter occasionally, and when I got this one that weird reboot would start. at those times, every day, and my ISP could do nothing about it. Almost 2 weeks of troubleshooting, and 2 of this model modem before I got a netgear. It stutters like the old one, but it doesn't just quit working at 1AM when i'm trying to game on a night off. This thing was seriously a high performer except for that one, deal breaking issue.

Improved all aspects of my internet. I upgraded from arris 3.0 to this model. Recommend

Although it states on the box that it is compatible with Xfinity. I have experienced more troubleshooting on there end with this modem then any previous modem. Again with all the technicians assistance it took days to resolve the issue on their end.

Upgraded my internet speed so I needed a router that could keep up. Simole to set up and utilizes my faster internet speed.

This device is falsely advertise as "MULTI-GIG" bought it 2-4-22 for my gig speed plan. The ports on the back (2.5GE,1GE) only one port can be used unless you got a second ip address (check with your provider) I used the 1ge port for my ps5 got the speed I wanted but it sacrifice my router connection to the internet. So, unfortunately I had to power cycle both modem router and the speed on my pay went from 950 to 450~600. Good device if you got two ip address from ISP, this was a bad recommendation by a best buy expert who recommended this modem router combo for me as well will be returning.

Seamlessly replaced my previous modem that I had rented from my cable/ISP.

Working great with Comcast so far just had to call Comcast to get it set up which was not clear on any instructions we could find on it

Purchased this in April 2022, had Best Buy Geek Squad install and redo my entire network. Everything was installed correctly and new network updated with Eero mesh system. No complaints thus far. I will update this post if necessary.

It works better then expected. I would purchas this again.

While this is a very good modem it didn’t play well with my Xfinity gig plan. The modem would randomly reboot. I contacted both Arris and Comcast to try and resolve the issue, Comcast went so far as to replace the old cable from the street to the modem with new cable. I finally returned the modem and replaced it with a different brand and the problem is gone.

Device is excellent but Comcast is the worst company and holds the device back. Had to return the 1st one because Comcast's computer just did not like the MAC address. 2nd one set up just fine.

Although it says its xfinity ready, getting it to work and pairing this with eero pro (to use as a router) was a disaster. Had to return and pick the modem router combo

Replaced a brand that I had gone through 2 modems in 2 years. They required constant resets. This is working great so far and looks very stylish with a small footprint which is nice in my crowded workspace.

Doesn’t work on upload speed more than 25 mbps with x-finity comcast internet. I have a 100 Mbps upload speed in my plan but xfinity would not provide it for this modem

Replaced my Xfinity xfi with this and a 6e router. Finally have the connection control and stability I was looking for.

Simple modem for my internet use. It's small and easy to setup.

I ask the woman at Xfinity and she suggested that I go to Best Buy or Amazon to buy my modem so I came to Best Buy talk to a gentleman that worked there and he recommended this one when I went back to the store they said that was a very good modem and it has worked very well
