Working great with Comcast so far just had to call Comcast to get it set up which was not clear on any instructions we could find on it

After going back and fourth with multiple reps on the phone and a couple supervisors. The S33 is not compatible with Cox services. Now I am oitside return window with a useless modem. Never got to test performance with my Eero 7 mesh system (3nodes)

BEWARE, you may purchase this product and get a version number (v1, v2, v3, v4, v5 ....) that does not work with your internet service provider. Unfortunately, you won't know what version number your are purchasing until you unbox the product. ARRIS - if the product's version number matters for customers, you need to indicate the version number somewhere on the packaging of the product or on the retailer's website. My kids like those cheap mystery toys, I don't like a $200 mystery modem. Do better ARRIS.

Although it says its xfinity ready, getting it to work and pairing this with eero pro (to use as a router) was a disaster. Had to return and pick the modem router combo

Replaced a brand that I had gone through 2 modems in 2 years. They required constant resets. This is working great so far and looks very stylish with a small footprint which is nice in my crowded workspace.

Simple modem for my internet use. It's small and easy to setup.

I ask the woman at Xfinity and she suggested that I go to Best Buy or Amazon to buy my modem so I came to Best Buy talk to a gentleman that worked there and he recommended this one when I went back to the store they said that was a very good modem and it has worked very well

While this is a very good modem it didn’t play well with my Xfinity gig plan. The modem would randomly reboot. I contacted both Arris and Comcast to try and resolve the issue, Comcast went so far as to replace the old cable from the street to the modem with new cable. I finally returned the modem and replaced it with a different brand and the problem is gone.

Works as advertised and keeps my smart house going. We have over 30 devices hooked up to the wifi and internet. We are also streams mulitple TV's at the same time.

Device is excellent but Comcast is the worst company and holds the device back. Had to return the 1st one because Comcast's computer just did not like the MAC address. 2nd one set up just fine.

Great product overall, just a bit lacking in documentation and set up instructions, had to surf a bit to find what I needed. And be careful with that reset button, mine got stuck and caused the unit to cycle modes.

Replaced my Xfinity xfi with this and a 6e router. Finally have the connection control and stability I was looking for.

Cable modem works great the cable company in this case took a few long minutes before recognizing that a new modem was connected. I would purchase again. The warranty is good compared to other cable modems, 2 years

Doesn’t work on upload speed more than 25 mbps with x-finity comcast internet. I have a 100 Mbps upload speed in my plan but xfinity would not provide it for this modem

I went from random lag spikes while playing my favorite games to no lag spike at all on my end. That's exactly what I wanted and what all modems should do!

I cannot give an accurate review, as I only purchased what I was told. The computer is working.

Great product, no issues getting it activated. would recommend , make sure it is compatible. with your service provider

Works well so far but dont expect fast speeds im actually seeing a bit slower but no latency compared to spectrums modem and yes i have a brand new router which the people at best buy recommended. Setting up on spectrum was a nightmare the first tech did something wrong and after 10 minutes internet went out geeksquad which i paid for was no help at all they told me to return the modem without any diagnostics. So i called spectrums install line and this very nice lady solved the issue so if you have problems call again they are very nice just might take several calls. I spent 3 hours trying to get it figured out just connect computer to the modem directly and ses if it has internet if not call spectrum install line!!!

Used this to replace an sb8200 that was frequently dropping connection. So far this has been stable for the past few weeks. I do have some concerns with this new design, the vents appear to be more restricted when compared to the sb8200.
