    The salesperson did a wonderful job explaining this new product to me and he sold me on it. Tell you what, I don’t regret it at all!

    Fantastic solid modem. Ideal for internet speeds above 1Gbps. My only gripe is the second Ethernet port is NOT usable. Arris is not at fault here. The Service provides limit the use to one Ethernet port.

    My old modem was 5 years old and Comcast upgraded my service a couple of times since then. Now, my hardwired PC gets my full speed and my wifi greatly improved.

    This modem has exceeded my expectations. Super easy to setup and no hiccups or issues since day 1. My network speeds are consistent and jitter and lag are extremely low. For anyone with Gigabit internet this modem is a great choice!

    I like the Arris line of cable modems, they work well with Xfinity. This one even comes with a password protected configuration section. Unlike previous models which were not password protected.

    Spectrum suggested I upgrade my modem, so I did. Didn't see much of a difference compared to the Spectrum modem I was given. Still a very good modem though.

    Needed a stronger modem. This one seems to be working good. Was told to get a new one every couple of years so moved up to this as I work from hoe.

    Best Buy in home consultation adviser recommended this Modem after i brief discussion about all the Wi-Fi problems i was having. Went to best buy to pick one up working like a charm no more issues.
