Wifi was ok

I returned as I didn't want to purchase a seperate modem with my wifi unit.

Not good with Xfinity sevice with gigabit subscrip

But after using it couple of days, I realized it is only giving 600 mbps. Xfinity support says boot file is not compatible. Had to return it

Dies after 4 months. Poor customer support.

Last week became very hot and just stopped working. Arris claims that this has a two year warranty, but customer service has been terrible. They have made me run through numerous hoops with countless hard resets and power cycles thinking eventually this will fix the problem. Confirmed proper MAC address through Spectrum. Bought a Motorola today which worked immediately.

Arris SB32

The modem worked great for about 2 and a half weeks. Blazing speeds for the plan I was on, actually exceeded what my plan stated I would receive. Then it all went down hill, the modem started getting hot and would drop signal. It would regain signal but a couple of minutes later drop signal again. Arris has a good reputation so maybe I just got one that had issues. Ended up returning it and purchased a Netgear modem......

Poor GUI

Returned it because it wouldn’t let me access / change the default admin username, password. Bought the CM3000. Much better from a GUI standpoint and very good device
