    Bought this and installed on Friday by Monday it got super hot and kept shutting-and thats in a well ventilated, temperature controlled rack. Obviously there is something wrong because it was working fine until it stopped working.

    Looks great and small; it worked when I hooked it up thru my Orbi router, but was not getting near the 940 speed I was paying for thru my ISP. I tried out a Netgear modem that was half the price, and my download speed went from 400 to 780 immediately.

    This modem is a significant upgrade over the SB8200 if you have gig speed. Went from .950 gbps to 1.4gbps. Wi-Fi speeds went from 350mbps to 900mbps.
