Worth the money

Chatted real quick with Cox support and got it hooked up easily. Really fast speeds. Finally taking advantage of the Gigablast service I’ve been paying for.

Not new.

I suspect the unit is OK but the local cable co. couldn't get it to work when we tried it. After they tried I found I could not log in to the unit. I suspect it would work with a factory reset but I had already ordered a connection with the local fiber provider. I did get a refund.

Short lifespan

Intermittent connections, we checked the lines from the house, to service box, to the provider's connection and all was good. The modem was just a bad one. Shopping for a new modem, but not this model.
