Replaced with this one and all our problems are mostly gone. Rock solid since I installed it, no problems, no complaints, it does the job.

Good Modem

Plug and play cable modem

The SURFboard series has been pretty reliable, and this one is no exception. The only complaint, and the reason I marked it down a star, is that I'm not getting the full gigabit speed I ordered.

The best Router

Excellent Modem

I haven't had it that long but I am happy so far.

SURF Board making it happen

In our household we have over 20 wired and wireless devices. All working steady and great.

I have had no problems with this new modem. It is doing what it is suppose to do, connecting me to the internet.

Fantastic for work from home

We were able to connect quickly and contacted Cox for set up with id. It was cheaper than renting theirs and fast in-store pick up.
