I tried a few different modems and this particular modem is performing quite well. In our household we have over 20 wired and wireless devices. All working steady and great.

It was such an easy connection for me to do. We had the same unit, 3.0 then our internet upgrades to 3.1. That's why we got our new unit.

This is the second Arris I have purchased. The first one was for my main house this is for my Cape house. It is compatible with Xfinity who process me internet and gets me the most out of the speeds I need.

I purchased the ARRIS surfboard 32 To illuminate the need to rent a modem from my cable provider. This was a recommend a brand for Comcast. I’ve had no issues whatsoever....Set it and forget it.

We needed a new modem and saw great reviews. We were able to connect quickly and contacted Cox for set up with id. It was cheaper than renting theirs and fast in-store pick up.

I had been "renting" a free modem from my ISP for years. It never occurred to me that it may be extremely outdated. Now I am set for the foreseeable future, up to Gigabit speeds.

Easy to set up and will save Me money from renting equipment.

Before I had a SB6190 and speed test showed 138Mbps. After connecting the SB8200, speed test showed 209Mbps. It's amazing!!! Icing on the cake is that I price matched it and saved $20.

Great product works well, I would like to point out that this is not the wireless router. It is not included as a 2 in 1. You will have to buy a router separately.

this modem is more than I expected. the old crashed as too much was expected of it. this one handles all of our needs with out any problems runs cool, and we have no problems with it. exceptional pleased

This one works good. I hope it has more LAN ports.

The set up was easy and along with my Netgear Nighthawk router I was able to double the speeds I was getting with the rented Modem/Router combo from Comcast. It costs more, but you pay for what you get.

Old modem was having problems after 5 years so got a new one this one has plenty of broad band potential for faster internet that’s coming. Work great out of box once my provider set up on their end.
