Faster speed, easy set up

Returned (without any issues or hassles) for a replacement and have had no issues. Easy to set up. Would recommend to friends and family.

This modem is a perfect upgrade!

Fantastic modem for XFinity Gigabit speeds

No issues connecting to Astound Cable (RCN)

It is working like it should. The only "issue" that I have with it is that the LED lights are rather bright. I am not a fan of all of the blue lights. Where are the amber LED lights!?!?! Oh well I cant take off a star for something like that.
