Replacement Time

I had scheduled an Xfinity repair appointment, and wanted to get this updated modem before the appointment so the repairman could just swap it out. When the repairman came and saw my old modem (6130), he started to say he had bad news for me. Then I showed him the new modem, and everything went smoothly. Service has been good ever since.

The difference in our service is markedly better now. I am SO glad we got this. We are in a small town and it has a Facebook group. People are constantly complaining about TDS' internet going down when mine is up. I had to give up the phone line, but we all have cell phones, so no need for that anyway.

Modem arris/Motorola

Thats a plus. For price range[$169] as fars with not giving any issues. Like that it has so much venting to anticipate from over heating.I can say I am some satisfied. And this is my review for using spectrum internet. If I have to come back in the next 3 to 6 months with any changes. Will give that feedback reviewing it again. Can I recommend this item, really can't say since it's still currently few months new..all we have to see during the upcoming months.
