Get this modem if you don't want to rent from ISP

One of the best routers for Gigabit Internet

I noticed there are 2 LAN ports on this device but your only going to use 1. From what ive read there would be a need to sign up for a separate service to utilize the other port as it would assign a second external ip address with it. Might be useful if you want a separate network for business or IoT devices etc.
