Modem is great...basically a plug 'n play...

Once our Provider registered the modem (took all of 15 minutes), we were up and running. BTW....Bestbuy's price was competitive with other retailers.

Great for Cox business.

Owned for 6 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I use this modem for my business using cox, it was easy to install just call cox tech support and have them provision the modem write down the information on the bottom of the modem. make sure to have them read it back to you and verify the information matches and that is it. You log into the modem and check your settings.

Will not work for Charter legacy clients
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m sure this is a great modem, however, after several attempts with Charter Spectrum, it is not compatible with legacy Charter customers. Appears to only work with Charter customers who were once TWC or in new Spectrum service areas
