They sent me a list of compatible models for my internet service. I was first reluctant in getting it because it’s not the newest model however it’s the only model available at Best Buy. It took a long time to activate/register the modem. And I wasn’t sure (not convenient) why I had to call Comcast to activate my modem first time accessing it. But it finally worked
