Works great. We have a small house. It covers it all over. We have fast internet and we get great speed from it. This covers all our devices. Very easy to install.

I hooked up the modem to a wireless gaming router capable up using the 10 gig rating. Needless to say my son was extremely happy. He is no longer having having a lag problem using his xbox.

Works great. Easy to set up with app. It is 3.1 which is needed for gig connections. Have had zero problems with it.

Bought this modem to replace the standard modem Comcast gives you. From a computer gaming perspective there is definitely a difference in performance. Decreases laggy moments that Comcast internet is well known for.

Very good and nice product. I am using so far without any problem and moreover the UL / DL speeds are very good and also supports 4k video steams.

Bought this to replace one rented from internet company and works great. I have Kinetic and it was compatible with Broadband, just had to call on with MAC address

Although quite pricey for what I need, I like the ability to scale up my ISP service. I had Arris modems in the past and they performed well. This modem has performed well over the past few months and has been really easy to tie into my ISP.

Fastest Modem I have had. Swapping to this made the best use of my Xfinity internet. Actually allowing me to reach the top speeds with my highest package. There are definitely better modems but for this price and how insanely well it performs its perfect

We have purchased the Surfboard modems three times before this. The last couple times we went with another brand only to have a confused setup experience. This for us was truly plug and play. All the dread we anticipated was for not. I highly recommend this product.

worked well with my cox cable internet service and nighthawk router. In order to use with cox I had to call customer service and have them add it verses self activation. So much more reliable than my docs is 3.0

Standard modem… easy / fast / it’s a broadband router

Great modem. Works well and does whar it is supposed to do. Thd only criticism i have is that the setup instructions were not step by step, and could be confusing.

This works perfectly. Right out of the box. I have been leasing modems for years, then after our move and saw how much I was spending on just the modem, I decided to give it a try owning one. Went to Best Buy, told David, the associate, what I needed, and to my surprise, it wasn't the most expensive one. He told me all about it, I trusted him and I am glad I did. It set up easily. I highly recommend this product.

Great product. I bought this because I needed to upgrade from an older model that I had for years. It works great and has a simple setup. If you need to trouble shoot it's all online, so that's not super convenient, but if you have a smartphone you're good.

Got this to replace my outdated router. It is very reasonably priced. I was able to activate it on Xfinity (fairly easily, using the Xfinity app. Blisteringly fast. Very happy with purchase

Had to upgrade to get faster internet speed from provider. Set up was easy and am getting great speed for all 30 devices that pull from household. Would recommend this modem for anyone with speeds up to 1000mps.

Good modem, easy enough to set up with xfinity. Just attach the cable and call them up to add the device and you're pretty much set to go. Speed test showed me getting download speeds over what I am paying for so this will not be a bottleneck anytime soon. Have only reset it a handful of times over the course of the last 10 or so months.
