My company’s IT department recommended this modem. Easy install. Great longevity with this device as it can handle 10+ GB speed (we’re using 200 MB now). Xfinity rated this modem in the top two for speed. Absolutely no issues and we save money on modem rental from our ISP.

Recently upgraded to this modem to take advantage of the DOCSIS 3.1 features as my ISP requires it for the 1 G/bit speeds. After running multiple speed tests at non-peak hours I achieved up to 947 M/bit speeds. Only reasoning for the 4-star rating is the second Ethernet port does not work. If it turns out to be my own fault i'll up the star rating.

Great upgrade! Completely plug and play once I got it registered with my Internet service. I was up and running and my Internet went from an average of 170 mbps to an average of between 500 and 600 mbps! I’m sorry that I waited so long to upgrade. This was the right decision for me.

COX approved modem! replaced outdated old rental and am experiencing an increase in speed. Install was almost plug and play, customer support was easy to get a hold of and small issue with getting wireless modem and switch to get online. No issues a month in and happy with purchase!

Very fast modem - easy setup. Even if you don’t need the speed of this unit today, consider “future-proofing” your purchase. I had to buy a new modem because Xfinity no longer supported the mid-grade model I bought 3 years ago. Technology moves quickly.

This was easy to set up and it worked as expected right out of the box. An easy call to Xfinity and I was back in business.

I purchased this for 1GBPS Internet - No issues - No reboots - It's always fast and flawless - Using WOW! cable in Columbus, OH. Perfect option if you don't want to pay them $10 monthly to rent a modem. I'd recommend this one as it's future-proofed.

Solid router, this is the second one we have bought from Arris after a power surge killed the first one. Very reliable and fast!

If you are debating on not spending the extra ten bucks on the netgear modem, think twice and just get the arris model. I had to return my netgear modem after it didn't work. I even asked a best buy representative and they said they have never seen an arris come back but have seen several netgear models be returned.

SURFboards are great little modems. I've got a couple of them! Definitely recommend using them!

Easy to installed and work amazing, no issues at all

I've been using Motorola / Arris modems for the last 20 years or so. These modems are very reliable and easy to hook up. Highly recommended.

Simple set up with activation by our internet provider only the slowest point of the process. So far good upload and download speeds

So far so good. We cut the cable cord after much consideration. We were paying $317 per month now down to $50 bucks internet only and 2 streaming services included. We watch all the same stuff on TV. This modem and a decent router and we’re good to go. Had a little problem with set up but quickly resolved.

Although quite pricey for what I need, I like the ability to scale up my ISP service. I had Arris modems in the past and they performed well. This modem has performed well over the past few months and has been really easy to tie into my ISP.

This modem has been so great and super easy to install. Very fast and I haven’t had any issues with my internet using this modem.

Bought this modem to replace the standard modem Comcast gives you. From a computer gaming perspective there is definitely a difference in performance. Decreases laggy moments that Comcast internet is well known for.

This is the best Modem, This the second one I have purchased. First last 5 years until lightening hit.

Got this to replace my outdated router. It is very reasonably priced. I was able to activate it on Xfinity (fairly easily, using the Xfinity app. Blisteringly fast. Very happy with purchase
