Was easy to set up and works with COX Gigablast Internet. Updated my router as well and now download speeds are really fast. No more waiting around for downloads or streaming media! So far zero problems with it.

Its good and fast. Fairly simple set up and works with spectrum. No weird drops or finnicky connection. Its a good router for small/medium size homes and perfect for gaming/streaming.

Arris has been the cable modem leader for a long time. This is the top of the line unit, complete with DOCSIS 3.1 capability. Worked flawlessly straight out of the box. Expect it to continue like that for years.

We had to upgrade out wi-fi system and were having streaming issues with our old system. We had an older Surfboard that had served us well but it only had to handle a few items. Over the years we kept adding more 'stuff' for our older modem to handle to where it was almost on overload sometimes during the day. So-o-o we got this one at a Best Buys rep recommendation and are we glad we followed it. This thing has been absolutely fantastic. It has the upload and download speeds to where NOTHING is ever on hold or waiting while streaming . If you are in need of a new modem, get this one and put a smile on your face.

Setup was easy, all necessary accessories were included. Upgraded internet speed required a modem that was 3.1 compatible and I have had no issues since setting this up about a month ago.

Upgraded my earlier Arris 3.0 SURFboard to the Arris SURFboard 3.1. I have Comcast and DirecTV, works very well and the speed is lightening FASSSST!

Setup was easy for this modem and now the connection to my mesh wifi system is working great.

Excellent. Very fast. No issue. Easy to configure. I am using this for xfinity internet service. My plan is 400 Mbps and I am getting around 437 Mbps which is more than my plan.
