Great speeds for a reasonable price. Easy to setup and use. Initial login was not "password" but the last 8 digits of the serial number.

We had our old modem for quite some time, lately it has been acting up and losing our internet connection from time to time. Contacted our provider, and none of them were able to help me. They said everything’s good. So I decided to do it myself and replace our modem with this brand. Up until now I see no problem. Bought this with discount. Good quality and cheaper.

For me this was easy to setup. I replaced the xfinity router that was constantly dropping. Has two gigabit ports to connect a hardwire directly to your mesh WiFi network device (sold separately). I have a large home and I am pretty technical. This cable modem router does what it is intended to do. but it does not have WiFi built in—it’s just the device. I’d say you kind of need to know what you are doing to need something like this. To tap into the device you need a computer with a port or there is an app. It was fun to see the surfboard brand again. Solved my internet issues.

Does what it is intended to do, easy setup, just follow a few simple steps and thats it, you're connected, at stable speeds. The only thing Im trying to look into is sudden drops for a few seconds, not sure if its the modem's fault. But overall I trust this brand, I've had experience with them.

Needed to replace my DOCSIS 3.0 modem and BestBuy had this in stock. Had an Arris Docsis 3.0 modem for a number of years when suddenly gaming became impossible and ISP speeds dropped way down. Arris customer support site was very helpful, despite being well out of warranty, and identified failed components inside old modem. Checked online reviews, and Arris was near the top of the list among stand-alone modems. (I prefer to spend a bit extra to have separate router and modem). Installed the new modem, and saw immediate improvement.

I had trouble with a cable modem from another vendor so I bought this one from Best Buy. It set up easily and is working great.I recommend it for anyone getting Xfinity service.

I have been using this modem for over a month so far without any operational issues. The set up was very easy to do and took very little time. The modem has been running great and would recommend this to a friend.

We got one just stopped working after about 1 year. When it was workkng it was great. Speed was good and stable internet.

Just what I needed as I already had a mesh system. The salesperson confirmed I didn't need a modem and router as the mesh would take care of the wireless network.

This works great with comcast and with my 1 gig connection speed so I had no issues setting it up, and it was quick and easy and works well with my router.

Works awesome with my orbi wifi six along with a good price. It handles xbox and pc gaming along with streaming at the same time without any issues

Installation required a phone call with the internet provider but has been working great since then. I would purchase again.

Have had for about a month and haven't had any issues. Seems to be working great. Purchased because I had a SURFboard previously (8 years) and only bought this because my old one didn't have the capacity I needed for the faster gig-speed. So expect this to work just as well and at least the same amount of years.
