Love this Modem... Extremely easy to setup and pretty powerful at the same time... Small and compact, does not take too much space and looks good too... unlike other bulky and weird looking ones :-)

I upgraded to the Arris 3.1 from a 3.0 to take advantage of faster speeds and bandwidth offered by Mediacom. I was pleasantly surprised that I could activate the modem and upgraded my ISP all online. Quick easy setup, works great.

We had our old modem for quite some time, lately it has been acting up and losing our internet connection from time to time. Contacted our provider, and none of them were able to help me. They said everything’s good. So I decided to do it myself and replace our modem with this brand. Up until now I see no problem. Bought this with discount. Good quality and cheaper.

I wanted to get out of paying a monthly fee for my cable internet. This is a very fast modem with easy installation and setup.

The modem works fine but took less then two hours to set up with Xfinity. A huge difference between a 3.0 DOCSIS to a 3.1 DOCSIS and met my download speed.

This modem runs the whole house. I actually tied this into our Mesh Network and it is working seamlessly. The set up was very easy to use. They have an application that makes to set up a snap!

This modem is able to deliver top end performance with today's top tier internet speeds. Plus it has 2 Ethernet ports to connect to your network. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for!

It's easy to set up, price and outlook are good. After set up for couple weeks became unstable in operation, required to re-start almost once every other week.

Dose not work right out of the box. You will most likely need to contact your internet provider to give them the Mac I. D. and to schedule a tech to come out to tone your line (This part will need to be done if you are upgrading your internet speeds to faster speeds). Have not had any issues with this product at all and now I am finally getting the internet speed that I pay for. If you need a stable land modem I would definitely give the ARRIS SURFboard 32 x 8 DOCSIS 3.1 Cable Modem a look.

Old modem was about five years old and needed to be rebooted frequently. This modem is rock-solid and seems to be faster with my Cox service.

This modem is compatible with Spectrum. Provided Spectrum the MAC address, rebooted the modem and my internet was restored. Easy setup and configuration.
