Easy to set up and get started I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for good equipment.

This modem is getting so much more speeds than the one I had. I’m so happy I purchased this modem no more lagging when stream videos or gaming.

Simple to set up. Very fast. Just had to call the cable company toalign it withthe account and we were good to go.

Excellent modem, small and reliable, working as expected, I had 1Gb internet and this modem is delivering it without any issues.

This device gets me almost 600mbps with RCN. I am paying for 500mbps and it works great. No wireless but that's no problem because I got the Google wireless routers. The only problem that I have with it is that it gets super hot!

Purchased as system update to increase speed from prior cable modem. Easy set up and use, much better than paying a monthly rental fee to Xfinity for their equipment .

So far I have not had any issues with this modem. It was easy to switch out without any troubleshooting. My fast internet works well with this item.

Purchased for second home so cable company can't RIP me off my charging a monthly fee for their modem FOREVER. This system has been stable, reliable and fast.

Very good modem, no wifi in it, this is modem only but it really sails along on the web! I've got gigabit internet, and while your mileage will vary (several factors at play for connection speeds) I am seeing 890-930, the first test I ran actually showed 988 somehow! Great modem, no fuss, it just works.

Using this with my xfinity service. I'm easily getting my full 700mbps connection. No ping/latency issues at all.

Easy to install. Just plug it in and go. We are realizing the full 1 GBps from our Comcast Xfinity internet service. Flawless!

I was getting slower than expected internet data transfers, and several dropped connections each day. Comcast came out and the signal strength and data transfer rate was normal. They suggested replacing the modem, and this one looked to be a good fit for me. One month of usage shows problem solved, the connection is rock solid and the data rates are 3x higher than that of the old modem.

This is a very stable, fast modem. I haven't had any need to hard boot the device yet and it has resolved an issue I was having with my Internet previously. I had an Arris 6142 and it couldn't handle large upload spikes. I have several Nest and Arlo cameras and between their uploads and bursts of uploads on my PCs or other devices in the house, the modem would use all the bandwidth and start dropping large amounts of packets. When this would occur, sometimes the modem would lock up entirely and need a hard boot. This is an expensive modem but I know it will serve my needs for several years given its bandwidth capabilities.

I ended up returning it because it was incompatible with my setup. But works the same as an older version.

Needed a newer modem to upgrade to the higher tier internet speeds. Has worked great so far, easy to set up with provider.

Definitely better than our old zoom modem. Connected this with a Netgear mesh wifi system and couldn't be happier with the speed and connection.

I am very please with my purchase. Modem works great. Replaced an older modem of another brand which had issues with the power connector. I have had this for a couple months and has worked flawlessly. I bought this so I did not have to rent from Comcast and it really well. Comcast came and set it up for me, so I can't comment on how easy that would have been to do on my own. No complaints thus far.

Love Arris. This is my second one. I would still be using the first one except for a lightning strike that messed it up. Bought this one and works just as good as my first one!
