Awesome replacement for our modem that bit the dust out of nowhere. You had just what we needed in stock and we were back up and running in no time.

Set up way easy, all I had to so was plug it in and contact my cable provider. On sale was a plus!

I am very please with my purchase. Modem works great. Replaced an older modem of another brand which had issues with the power connector. I have had this for a couple months and has worked flawlessly. I bought this so I did not have to rent from Comcast and it really well. Comcast came and set it up for me, so I can't comment on how easy that would have been to do on my own. No complaints thus far.

Be careful when looking into modems, if your speeds with your current Internet Service Provider do not require any significant, this modem is probably overkill - but at the very least you'll be future proofed and this modem should last you at least ~5 years and hopefully more. My download speeds are only 300 down/30 up, so I really didn't need this, but I'm considering getting a gigablast soon. Even going from the 3.0 DOCSIS Arris modem to this new one, I saw an increase of speeds of almost 100 megabytes in some of my wireless devices, so I would recommend this!

We'd had an ARRIS cable modem previous to this one that worked fine but we wanted to upgrade to be a little more future-proof. Super easy to setup. The most annoying part was waiting on hold with my cable provider to provision this new modem. :) We ended up returning this one only because our cable company has a proprietary modem they use that allows a land line phone connectivity through it. This modem we purchased didn't have that capability and we wouldn't have been able to use our home phone if we kept it.

Works amazing boosted WiFi pretty good. I don’t remember how much it boosted my WiFi

We have a 1GBit connection at home from Comcast and this 32 channel modem was surely an upgrade to the supplied modem from provider. We’ve had absolutely no connectivity issues since we’ve made the swap. Very satisfied!

Simple to set up. Very fast. Just had to call the cable company toalign it withthe account and we were good to go.

Easy setup. Just took it out of the box, plugged the switch and power cables in and would have been ready to go if not for Comcast needing a call to let them know I purchased a new modem.

Upgraded my home network after getting rid of the XFinity Modem/Router, which i had been renting each month. It conflicted with my Sonos system, and was more expensive than it was worth. Arris modems have been reliable for me for >10 years. If you want the Modem/router combo, go up to the next level Arris. For me, this works perfectly with my Luxul router.

I've been using Surfboards for the past 10 years. I have had great performance from them. Compact in size and something you can just set and forget.

So easy to install and works really well. Small Size is nice.

Excellent modem, small and reliable, working as expected, I had 1Gb internet and this modem is delivering it without any issues.

Upgraded my internet speeds but the oringial modem I had couldn't keep up, I upgraded to this Surfboard and there was an insane difference in download and upload speeds and connection reliability.. gotta love when Comcast charges you to lease a unit you can buy yourself for half the cost.

Using this with my xfinity service. I'm easily getting my full 700mbps connection. No ping/latency issues at all.

This modem is getting so much more speeds than the one I had. I’m so happy I purchased this modem no more lagging when stream videos or gaming.

This modem is a replacement for our outdated one. It's perfect for our needs and was simple to install

This modem was purchased to save rental fee. We purchased a netgear nighthawk router to go with it. We are subscribing to 500/50 cable internet speeds with WOW (Wide Open West) in Cleveland. Consistently getting 500+ download speeds any time of day (wired or wireless) Upstream tends to fluctuate due to network congestion (ranges from 25-55 Mbps) Definitely good combo to save modem rental fee and/or ensure a good quality setup to maximize the speeds you are paying for!

Had this modem installed a couple of weeks ago. So far so good, the speed is great and has been reliable.
